Claims (16)
1. Передающее устройство, содержащее:
блок кодирования, выполняющий пространственно масштабируемое кодирование движущегося изображения;
процессорный передающий блок, выполняющий процесс передачи через сеть картинки для каждого уровня, кодированного блоком кодирования; и
процессорный блок управления опорным уровнем, заставляющий блок кодирования ограничивать опорный уровень, к которому должны обращаться при кодировании верхнего уровня в промежуточный уровень, формируемый из нижнего уровня в случае, когда прогнозируется высокая вероятность, что в приемном буфере произойдет отрицательное переполнение, или принимается сигнал обратной связи, указывающий, что в приемном буфере произошло отрицательное переполнение.
2. Передающее устройство по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее процессорный блок выбора пути прохождения передачи, выбирающий путь прохождения передачи, по которому передача, как предсказывается, должна закончиться раньше, в соответствии с величиной кода картинки для каждого уровня, кодированного блоком кодирования, и заставляющий процессорный передающий блок выполнять передачу по выбранному пути прохождения передачи.
3. Передающее устройство по п. 2, в котором процессорный блок выбора пути прохождения передачи выбирает путь прохождения передачи на основе сравнения между величиной кода картинки и граничной величиной кода, полученной, используя статистическое значение величины запаздывания до тех пор, пока не начнется передача в процессорном передающем блоке, и статистическую величину скорости после того, как процессорный передающий блок начинает передачу.
4. Передающее устройство по п. 3, в котором процессорный блок управления опорным уровнем предсказывает, является ли высокой вероятность, что в приемном буфере произойдет отрицательное переполнение, основываясь на статистическом значении величины запаздывания и статистической величине скорости.
5. Передающее устройство по п. 1, в котором сеть содержит множество виртуальных сетей, которые получают посредством виртуального деления всей сети, и к которым добавляются соответствующие функции.
6. Способ передачи, содержащий этапы, на которых:
выполняют посредством передающего устройства, передающего движущееся изображение, пространственно масштабируемое кодирование движущегося изображения;
выполняют посредством передающего устройства процесс передачи через сеть картинки для каждого кодированного уровня; и
выполняют посредством передающего устройства управление ограничением опорного уровня, к которому должны обращаться при кодировании верхнего уровня в промежуточный уровень, формируемый из нижнего уровня, в случае, когда прогнозируется высокая вероятность, что в приемном буфере произойдет отрицательное переполнение, или принимается сигнал обратной связи, указывающий, что в приемном буфере произошло отрицательное переполнение.
7. Программа, заставляющая компьютер передающего устройства, которое передает движущееся изображение, выполнять процесс, содержащий этапы, на которых:
выполняют пространственно масштабируемое кодирование движущегося изображения;
выполняют процесс передачи через сеть картинки для каждого кодированного уровня; и
выполняют управление ограничением опорного уровня, к которому должны обращаться при кодировании верхнего уровня в промежуточный уровень, формируемый из нижнего уровня, в случае, когда прогнозируется высокая вероятность, что в приемном буфере произойдет отрицательное переполнение, или принимается сигнал обратной связи, указывающий, что в приемном буфере произошло отрицательное переполнение.
