Способ изготовления инкрустированной облицовочной плитки или панели из гипса, включающий: получение заготовок элементов инкрустации из художественного витражного цветного стекла, которые помещают в форму, имеющую выступ на лицевой поверхности, определяющий глубину инкрустации в несущем слое, конфигурацию и размер видимой части инкрустируемого элемента, при этом размер цветного стекла выбирают с обеспечением необходимого припуска по периметру по отношению к размеру выступа, после чего стекло в форме заливают гипсовым несущим слоем, который фиксирует элемент инкрустации, выдерживают изделие до полного отверждения гипсовой массы, производят распалубку и шлифовку полученного изделия, отличающийся тем, что конфигурация формы позволяет осуществлять инкрустацию элемента, элементов в один технологический прием, без этапа вклеивания, при этом инкрустируемый элемент художественного витражного стекла фиксируется несущим гипсовым слоем.1.
