Claims (20)

1. Каталитическая композиция селективного каталитического восстановления для превращения оксидов азота (NOx) в выхлопных газах с использованием азотного восстановителя, причем каталитическая композиция содержит смесь первого компонента и второго компонента, где первый компонент представляет собой Н–форму алюмосиликатного шабазитного цеолита (CHA); или смесь Н–формы алюмосиликатного морденитного цеолита (MOR) и H–формы алюмосиликатного шабазитного цеолита (CHA); и второй компонент представляет собой оксид ванадия, нанесенный на металлоксидный носитель, который представляет собой диоксид титана, стабилизированный диоксидом кремния диоксид титана, или смесь диоксида титана и стабилизированного диоксидом кремния диоксида титана, при этом массовое отношение первого компонента ко второму компоненту составляет от 10:90 до 25:75.
2. Каталитическая композиция по п.1, в которой массовое отношение Н–формы алюмосиликатного морденитного цеолита (MOR) к Н–форме алюмосиликатного шабазитного цеолита (CHA) составляет от 5:3 до 3:5, предпочтительно от 1:1 до 3:5.
3. Каталитическая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой массовое отношение первого компонента ко второму компоненту составляет от 15:85 до 20:80.
4. Каталитическая композиция по пп.1, 2 или 3, содержащая один или более связующих компонентов, при этом массовое отношение совокупной массы первого и второго компонентов к совокупной массе одного или более связующих компонентов составляет от 80:20 до 95:5, предпочтительно от 90:10 до 85:15.
5. Каталитическая композиция по п.4, в которой один или более связующих компонентов представляют собой глину, оксид алюминия и/или стекловолокно.
6. Каталитическая композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой металлооксидный носитель второго компонента содержит оксид вольфрама.
7. Каталитическая композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой оксид ванадия второго компонента содержит ванадат железа.
8. Каталитическая композиция по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой смесь содержит 0,5–5,0% масс. ванадия в расчете на V2O5, предпочтительно 1,0–3,0% масс. в расчете на общую массу каталитической композиции в целом.
9. Каталитическое покрытие из пористого оксида, содержащее каталитическую композицию по любому из предшествующих пунктов, содержащую один или более наполнителей, связующих, технологических добавок, воду и допирующие добавки.
10. Каталитическое изделие, содержащий монолитный субстрат, покрытый каталитическим покрытием из пористого оксида по п.9, в котором субстрат является металлическим проточным субстратом, керамическим проточным субстратом, фильтром с проточными стенками, металлокерамическим фильтром или фильтром неполного потока.
11. Каталитическое изделие по любому из пп.1–9 в форме экструдированного субстрата, предпочтительно сотового монолита.
12. Каталитическое изделие по п.10 или 11, содержащее вторую каталитическую композицию в форме покрытия из пористого оксида для селективного восстановления NOx с использованием азотного восстановителя и/или для окисления NH3, при этом вторая каталитическая композиция представляет собой: (a) каталитическую смесь по любому из пп.1–9; (b) молекулярное сито, промотированное переходным металлом; (c) металл платиновой группы нанесенный на оксид металла; или (d) катализатор, содержащий оксид ванадия, нанесенный на диоксид титана.
13. Каталитическое изделие по п.12, в котором субстрат содержит катализатор нейтрализации проскока аммиака (ASC), содержащий первый слой (с) для окисления аммиака и второй слой, содержащий катализатор по любому из пп.1–8, при этом первый слой расположен непосредственно на субстрате, и второй слой перекрывает первый слой.
14. Выхлопная система для очистки выхлопных газов, содержащая катализатор селективного каталитического восстановления (SCR), расположенный выше по потоку от катализатора нейтрализации проскока аммиака (ASC), при этом по меньшей мере один из SCR и ASC катализатора содержит катализатор по любому из пп.1–9.
15. Выхлопная система по п.14, содержащая катализатор окисления, содержащий металл платиновой группы, нанесенный на оксид металла, нанесенный на монолитный субстрат и расположенный выше по потоку от каталитической композиции SCR.
16. Двигатель внутреннего сгорания автомобильного транспортного средства, работающий на бедной смеси, содержащий выхлопную систему по п.14 или 15.
17. Автомобильное транспортное средство, содержащее двигатель по п.16.
18. Способ очистки выхлопных газов, которые необязательно имеют соотношение NO к NO2 от примерно 4:1 до примерно 1:3 по объему, причем указанный способ включает стадии:
(i) контактирования потока выхлопных газов, содержащих NOx и NH3, с катализатором по любому из пп.1–9 или с каталитическим изделием по любому из пп.11, 12 или 13; и
(ii) превращения по меньшей мере части NOx в N2 и/или превращения по меньшей мере части NH3 в по меньшей мере один из N2 и NO2.
