Claims (26)
1. Способ сенсибилизации к противоопухолевой терапии злокачественных клеток, резистентных к терапии, включающий снижение экспрессии по меньшей мере двух активированных генов биомаркеров злокачественных клеток, необязательно, где противоопухолевая терапия заключается во введении противоопухолевого лекарственного средства.
2. Способ по п. 1, где экспрессия по меньшей мере одного или экспрессия по меньшей мере двух активированных генов биомаркеров снижается благодаря введению ингибитора.
3. Способ по п. 2, где ингибитор представляет собой низкомолекулярный ингибитор, ингибиторное антитело или ингибиторная нуклеиновая кислота, необязательно, где нуклеиновая кислота представляет собой ингибиторную миРНК.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, где два из по меньшей мере двух повышенных регуляторных генов онкобиомаркеров представляют собой AXL и FN14.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 2-4, где экспрессия активированных генов онкобиомаркеров уменьшена за счет доставки наночастицей ингибиторных миРНК, присоединенных к наночастице, необязательно, где наночастица нацелена на злокачественные клетки посредством антитела или его антиген-связывающего фрагмента, специфичного к маркеру клеточной поверхности злокачественной клетки, необязательно, где наночастица попадает в клетку путем рецептор-опосредованного эндоцитоза, и, необязательно, где маркер на клеточной поверхности выбран из группы, состоящей из EGFR, cMET, HER2, HGRF и PD-L1.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-2, также включающий проведение противоопухолевой терапии, к которой злокачественная опухоль, резистентная к терапии, резистентна.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, где злокачественная опухоль, резистентная к терапии, резистентна к ингибитору тирозинкиназы.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, где злокачественная опухоль, резистентная к терапии, резистентна к противоопухолевому лекарственному средству эрлотиниб, циспластин, гефитиниб или дазатиниб, необязательно, где лекарственное средство доставляется наночастицами, доставляющими по меньшей мере один из ингибиторов.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, где злокачественная опухоль может быть немелкоклеточным раком легких (NSCLC), раком поджелудочной железы, раком молочной железы или колоректальным раком.
10. Способ лечения и/или профилактики злокачественной опухоли, включающий введение онкологическому больному и/или больному с опухолью: (i) ингибиторов по меньшей мере двух активированных генов онкобиомаркеров и/или опухоли, и (ii) проведение терапии, причем введение уничтожает злокачественную опухоль и/или тормозит рост опухоли и/или уменьшает ее размер, необязательно, где: (i) рост опухоли может ингибирован или задержан по меньшей мере примерно на 25%, 30%, 40% или 50%, и/или размер опухоли уменьшен по меньшей мере примерно на 25%, 30%, 40% или 50%, относительно необработанного контроля; (ii) рост опухоли ингибирован или задержан по меньшей мере примерно на 25%, 30%, 40% или 50%, и/или размер опухоли уменьшен по меньшей мере примерно на 25%, 30%, 40%, или 50%, относительно контроля, получавшего только противоопухолевую терапию; или (iii) рост опухоли может быть ингибирован или задержан по меньшей мере примерно на 25%, 30%, 40% или 50%, и/или размер опухоли может быть уменьшен по меньшей мере примерно на 25%, 30%, 40% или 50%, относительно контроля, получавшего только противоопухолевую терапию.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором размер опухоли уменьшается по меньшей мере примерно на 25%, 30%, 40% или 50%.
12. Способ по п. 10 или 11, где уничтожение злокачественной опухоли и/или ингибирование или задержка роста опухоли и/или уменьшение ее размера в результате одновременного введения по меньшей мере двух ингибиторов в сочетании с проведением противоопухолевой терапии, сильнее аддитивного эффекта в отношении уничтожения злокачественной опухоли и/или роста опухоли и/или ее размера в результате введения ингибиторов по отдельности в сочетании с противоопуохолевой терапией.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 10-12, в котором средство для злокачественной опухоли представляет собой противоопухолевое лекарственное средство.
14. Способ по любому из пп. 10-13, где два из по меньшей мере двух активированных генов онкобиомаркеров представляют собой AXL и FN14.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 10-14, где ингибиторы вводят путем доставки наночастицами ингибиторных миРНК, присоединенных к поверхности наночастиц, необязательно, где наночастица нацелена на злокачественную опухоль посредством антитела, или его антиген-связывающего фрагмента, специфичного к маркеру клеточной поверхности злокачественной клетки.
16. Способ по любому из пп. 13-15, где противоопухолевое лекарственное средство вводят путем доставки наночастицами, необязательно, теми же наночастицами, доставляющими по меньшей мере один тип ингибиторных миРНК.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 13-16, где противоопухолевым лекарственным средством является ингибитор тирозинкиназы, необязательно, где противоопухолевым лекарственным средством является эрлотиниб, цисплатин, гефитиниб или дазатиниб.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 10-17, где злокачественная опухоль может быть немелкоклеточным раком легких (NSCLC), раком поджелудочной железы, раком молочной железы или колоректальным раком.
19. Способ по любому из пп. 13-18, где введение любого из: ингибиторов, наночастиц и/или противоопухолевого лекарственного средства является внутривенным.
20. Композиция, содержащая наночастицу и по меньшей мере один тип или по меньшей мере два типа миРНК, способных ингибировать экспрессию одного или более сверхэкспрессированных генов онкобиомаркеров, необязательно, где композиция является лиофилизированной.
21. Композиция по п. 20, где миРНК присоединены к поверхности наночастиц.
22. Композиция по п. 21, где присоединение миРНК к поверхности наночастиц ингибирует взаимодействие миРНК с белками нуклеазы и/или ингибирует деградацию миРНК, необязательно, в кровотоке индивида.
23. Композиция по любому из пп. 20-22, где активированные гены биомаркеров выбраны из группы, состоящей из EGRF, KRAS, HER-2, AXL и FN14, необязательно, выбраны из группы, состоящей из AXL, Her-2 и FN14.

Композиция по любому из пп. 20-24, где композиция нацелена на злокачественную клетку посредством антитела, или его антиген-связывающего фрагмента, специфичного к маркеру клеточной поверхности злокачественной клетки, которое присоединено к наночастице, необязательно, где маркер на клеточной поверхности облегчает рецептор-опосредованный эндоцитоз.
26. Композиция по любому из пп. 20-25, где противоопухолевое лекарственное средство содержится внутри наночастицы, необязательно, где наночастица разлагается внутри клетки и высвобождает лекарственное средство.
