Claims (1)

Способ моделирования эвакуации внутрихрусталиковых пузырьков газа в хирургии катаракты с фемтолазерным сопровождением на кадаверных свиных глазах, включающий формирование канала во фрагментированном фемтосекундным лазером ядре хрусталика, аспирацию скопившихся между ядром и задней капсулой хрусталика кавитационных пузырьков газа и выполнение гидродиссекции, отличающийся тем, что после выполнения этапа фемтолазерного сопровождения, введения в переднюю камеру глаза вискоэластика и удаления фрагмента передней капсулы хрусталика через сформированный фемтосекундным лазером тоннельный разрез роговицы в переднюю камеру глаза вводят и позиционируют в центральной части ядра хрусталика канюлю-проводник с расположенным внутри ее полости гибким дрильбором, дозированным вращением которого, механически воздействуя на его держатель, осуществляют формирование вертикального канала по направлению к заднему полюсу хрусталика через всю толщину ядра, на глубину, не превышающую толщину хрусталика, измеренную до операции методом ультразвуковой биометрии, затем после извлечения дрильбора из канюли-проводника к ней присоединяют шприц с раствором для гидродиссекции и аспирируют скопившийся газ, ведя визуальный контроль за появлением пузырьков газа в шприце; завершающим этапом выполняют гидродиссекцию, вводя раствор для гидродиссекции через сформированный канал и под переднюю капсулу хрусталика в 2-3 квадрантах.A method for modeling the evacuation of intralental gas bubbles in cataract surgery with femtolaser support on cadaverous pig eyes, including the formation of a channel in the nucleus of the lens fragmented by a femtosecond laser, aspiration of cavitation gas bubbles accumulated between the nucleus and the posterior capsule of the lens and performing hydrodissection after performing a femtosecond stage accompanying, introducing a viscoelastic into the anterior chamber of the eye and removing a fragment of the anterior lens capsule through a tunnel incision of the cornea formed by a femtosecond laser into the anterior chamber of the eye, a guide cannula is inserted and positioned in the central part of the lens nucleus with a flexible drill located inside its cavity, dosed by rotation of which, mechanically acting on its holder, a vertical channel is formed towards the posterior pole of the lens through the entire thickness of the nucleus, to a depth not exceeding the thickness of the lens, measured before the operation using the method of ultrasonic biometrics, then after removing the drill from the guide cannula, a syringe with a solution for hydrodissection is connected to it and the accumulated gas is aspirated, while visually monitoring the appearance of gas bubbles in the syringe; the final stage is hydrodissection, introducing a solution for hydrodissection through the formed canal and under the anterior lens capsule in 2-3 quadrants.
