Claims (39)
1. Баллон катетера, содержащий:
мембрану, включающую проксимальный конец и дистальный конец;
множество подложек, каждая из которых включает множество хвостов, расположенных вокруг мембраны;
и усиливающий элемент, расположенный на по меньшей мере некоторых из множества хвостов и прикрепленный к мембране.
2. Баллон катетера по п. 1, в котором усиливающий элемент содержит часть несобранного баллона катетера.
3. Баллон катетера по п. 1, в котором усиливающий элемент имеет рогообразную форму.
4. Баллон катетера по п. 3, в котором мембрана содержит полиэтилентерефталат, полиуретан, Pellethane или PEBAX.
5. Баллон катетера по п. 1, в котором множество хвостов включает множество проксимальных хвостов и множество дистальных хвостов, причем множество проксимальных хвостов расположено в непосредственной близости от проксимального конца баллона, а множество дистальных хвостов расположено в непосредственной близости от дистального конца баллона.
6. Баллон катетера по п. 5, в котором усиливающий элемент располагают над множеством проксимальных хвостов.
7. Баллон катетера по п. 5, в котором усиливающий элемент располагают над множеством дистальных хвостов.
8. Баллон катетера по п. 7, в котором усиливающий элемент представляет собой первый усиливающий элемент и баллон катетера дополнительно содержит второй усиливающий элемент, расположенный над множеством проксимальных хвостов.
9. Баллон катетера по п. 8 баллона, в котором первый усиливающий элемент является симметричным второму усиливающему элементу.
10. Баллон катетера по п. 9, в котором мембрана дополнительно включает отверстия для орошения, проходящие через нее.
11. Баллон катетера по п. 9, дополнительно содержащий множество абляционных электродов.
12. Катетер по п. 11, в котором по меньшей мере один из абляционных электродов расположен на каждой из подложек.
13. Баллон катетера по п. 9, который дополнительно содержит филамент, расположенный между мембраной и по меньшей мере одним из множества хвостов.
14. Баллон катетера по п. 13, в котором филамент содержит жидкокристаллический полимер.
15. Баллон катетера по п. 14, в котором жидкокристаллический полимер содержит Vectran.
16. Катетер, содержащий:
ствол, имеющий первую часть ствола и вторую часть ствола, по меньшей мере частично расположенную в первой части ствола;
баллон катетера, имеющий мембрану, включающую проксимальный конец и дистальный конец, причем проксимальный конец соединен с первой частью ствола, а дистальный конец соединен со второй частью ствола;
множество подложек, каждая из которых включает множество хвостов, расположенных вокруг мембраны;
и усиливающий элемент, расположенный на по меньшей мере некоторых из множества хвостов и прикрепленный к мембране.
17. Катетер по п. 16, дополнительно включающий кольцо, расположенное вокруг по меньшей мере части усиливающего элемента.
18. Катетер по п. 16, в котором усиливающий элемент содержит часть несобранного баллона катетера.
19. Катетер по п. 18, в котором усиливающий элемент имеет рогообразную форму.
20. Катетер по п. 19, в котором мембрана содержит полиэтилентерефталат, полиуретан, Pellethane или PEBAX.
21. Катетер по п. 17, в котором множество хвостов включает множество проксимальных хвостов и множество дистальных хвостов, причем множество проксимальных хвостов расположено в непосредственной близости от проксимального конца баллона, а множество дистальных хвостов расположено в непосредственной близости от дистального конца баллона.
22. Катетер по п. 21, в котором усиливающий элемент расположен над множеством проксимальных хвостов.
23. Катетер по п. 21, в котором усиливающий элемент расположен над множеством дистальных хвостов.
24. Катетер по п. 23, в котором усиливающий элемент представляет собой первый усиливающий элемент и баллон катетера дополнительно содержит второй усиливающий элемент, расположенный над множеством проксимальных хвостов.
25. Катетер по п. 24, в котором кольцо представляет собой первое кольцо, расположенное вокруг первого усиливающего элемента, а баллон дополнительно содержит второе кольцо, расположенное вокруг по меньшей мере части второго усиливающего элемента.
26. Катетер по п. 25, в котором вторая часть ствола расположена в первой части ствола в телескопическом взаимодействии.
27. Катетер по п. 25, дополнительно содержащий множество абляционных электродов.
28. Катетер по п. 27, в котором по меньшей мере один из абляционных электродов расположен на каждой из подложек.
29. Катетер по п. 27, дополнительно содержащий токопроводящий проводник, по меньшей мере частично расположенный в стволе и в баллоне и соединенный с по меньшей мере одним из абляционных электродов.
30. Катетер по п. 25, который дополнительно содержит филамент, расположенный между мембраной и по меньшей мере одним из множества хвостов.
31. Катетер по п. 30, в котором филамент содержит один из следующего: полимер со сверхвысокой молекулярной массой или жидкокристаллический полимер.
32. Катетер по п. 31, в котором жидкокристаллический полимер содержит Vectran.
