Claims (13)

1. Медицинский щипцовый инструмент (10), прежде всего для соединения ткани, имеющий:
рабочий орган (16), который имеет две бранши (18, 19) для захвата биологической ткани между ними,
шарнир (20), на котором по меньшей мере одна из бранш (18, 19) установлена с возможностью поворотного перемещения вокруг оси (21) шарнира для обеспечения ее возможности перемещения к другой бранше (18, 19) и прочь от нее,
ограничитель (27') ткани, который расположен с возможностью перемещения на шарнире (20) и имеет поверхность (28а, 28а', 28а'') прилегания к ткани.
2. Щипцовый инструмент по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что обе бранши (18, 19) установлены с возможностью перемещения по направлению друг к другу и прочь друг от друга.
3. Щипцовый инструмент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что ограничитель (27) ткани установлен с возможностью линейного перемещения.
4. Щипцовый инструмент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что поверхность (28а) прилегания к ткани образована в виде тупого дистального конца ограничителя (27) ткани.
5. Щипцовый инструмент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что поверхность прилегания (28а) к ткани имеет измеряемый параллельно оси (21) шарнира поперечный габарит (b1, b2), который является меньшим, чем измеряемая в том же направлении ширина одной из бранш (18, 19).
6. Щипцовый инструмент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что ограничитель (27) ткани выполнен в виде выдвижного элемента (28) и имеет несущий поверхность (28а) прилегания к ткани выступ, причем измеряемая параллельно оси (21) шарнира ширина (b1, b2) выступа превышает ширину остального выдвижного элемента (27).
7. Щипцовый инструмент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что приводное устройство (31) соединено по меньшей мере с одной установленной с возможностью перемещения браншей (18, 19) посредством передаточного устройства (29).
8. Щипцовый инструмент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что передаточное устройство (29, 32) является кулисным приводом.
9. Щипцовый инструмент по одному из пп. 7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что передаточное устройство (29, 32) выполнено таким образом, что ограничитель ткани при закрывающем перемещении бранш (18, 19) выполняет отклоняющее перемещение по направлению к шарниру (20).
10. Щипцовый инструмент по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что обе бранши (18, 19) снабжены электродами или выполнены в виде электродов, которые выполнены с возможностью подведения к ним электрического напряжения.
