Claims (18)

1. Способ обеспечения благоприятного эффекта в отношении микробиома человека в проксимальном отделе ободочной кишки, включающий введение млекопитающему композиции, содержащей обесцвеченный сок алоэ вера, концентрат алоэ вера и одно или более вспомогательных веществ, причем указанный благоприятный эффект в отношении микробиома человека выбран из группы, состоящей из увеличения продукции короткоцепочечных жирных кислот в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки, увеличения общей микробной популяции в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки, увеличение продукции уксусной кислоты в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки, увеличения продукции пропионовой кислоты в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки, увеличения популяции общих бактерий в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки и увеличения популяции временной концентрации бифидобактерий в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки.
2. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что указанный благоприятный эффект включает увеличение продукции короткоцепочечных жирных кислот в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки.
3. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что указанный благоприятный эффект включает увеличение общей микробной популяции в ободочной кишке в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки.
4. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что указанный благоприятный эффект включает увеличение продукции уксусной кислоты в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки.
5. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что указанный благоприятный эффект включает увеличение продукции пропионовой кислоты в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки.
6. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что указанный благоприятный эффект включает увеличение популяции общих бактерий в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки.
7. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что указанный благоприятный эффект включает увеличение популяции временной концентрации бифидобактерий в проксимальных отделах ободочной кишки.
8. Способ обеспечения благоприятного эффекта у млекопитающего, включающий введение млекопитающему композиции, содержащей обесцвеченный сок алоэ вера, концентрат алоэ вера и одно или более вспомогательных веществ, характеризующийся тем, что указанный благоприятный эффект выбран из группы, состоящей из антиоксидантной защиты в клетках млекопитающего, подвергающихся воздействию свободных радикалов, активации клеток-природных киллеров, активации Т-лимфоцитов-природных киллеров, увеличения продукции противовоспалительных цитокинов типа Th2, снижения уровня ИФН-γ и стимуляции поляризации воспалительных макрофагов M1 в противовоспалительные макрофаги М2.
9. Способ по п. 8, характеризующийся тем, что цитокины типа Th2 представляют собой ИЛ-10 или ИЛ-5.
10. Композиция для применения в способе по п. 1 или в способе по п. 8, содержащая обесцвеченный сок алоэ вера, концентрат алоэ вера, одно или более вспомогательных веществ и модификатор кислотности, характеризующаяся тем, что модификатор кислотности выбран из группы, состоящей из группы состоящей из соли лимонной кислоты, соли яблочной кислоты, уксусной кислоты, соли уксусной кислоты, молочной кислоты, соли молочной кислоты, винной кислоты, соли винной кислоты, муравьиной кислоты, соли муравьиной кислоты, пропионовой кислоты, соли пропионовой кислоты, масляной кислоты, соли масляной кислоты, валериановой кислоты, воли валериановой кислоты, фосфорной кислоты и соли фосфорной кислоты.
11. Композиция по п. 10, характеризующаяся тем, что указанный концентрат алоэ вера представляет собой чистый сок алоэ вера, 2-кратный концентрат сока алоэ вера, 25-кратный концентрат сока алоэ вера, 50-кратный концентрат сока алоэ вера, 75-кратный концентрат сока алоэ вера, 100-кратный концентрат сока алоэ вера, 125-кратный концентрат сока алоэ вера, 150-кратный концентрат сока алоэ вера, 175-кратный концентрат сока алоэ вера или 200-кратный концентрат сока алоэ вера.
12. Композиция по п. 10 или 11, характеризующаяся тем, что указанное одно или более вспомогательных веществ представляет собой консервант или вкусоароматическое вещество.
13. Композиция по любому из пп. 10-12, дополнительно содержащая консервант, причем консервант представляет собой одно или более веществ из сорбиновой кислоты, соли сорбиновой кислоты, бензойной кислоты, соли бензойной кислоты, молочной кислоты, соли молочной кислоты, лимонной кислоты, соли лимонной кислоты, уксусной кислоты, соли уксусной кислоты, винной кислоты, соли винной кислоты, экстракта розмарина, экстракта любистка, хитозана, эфирного масла шалфея, тимолового масла, низина, е-полилизина, экстракта косточек винограда и экстракта ягод годжи.
14. Композиция по любому из пп. 10-13, дополнительно содержащая вкусоароматическое вещество, причем указанное вкусоароматическое вещество представляет собой одно или более из меда, фруктозы, декстрозы и мальтодекстрина.
15. Композиция по любому из пп. 10-14, характеризующаяся тем, что указанные одно или более вспомогательных веществ выбраны из группы, состоящей из порошка целлюлозы, модифицированного крахмала, микрокристаллической целлюлозы, стеарата магния, стеаровой кислоты, кроскармеллозы натрия, кроскармеллозы кальция, карбоната кальция и дикальция фосфоната.
16. Композиция по любому из пп. 10-15, характеризующаяся тем, что указанный сок алоэ вера представляет собой жидкий сок, концентрат сока или концентрат сухого сока.
17. Композиция по любому из пп. 10-16, характеризующаяся тем, что что указанный сок алоэ вера содержит не более приблизительно 10 ч./млн алоина.
18. Композиция по любому из пп. 10-17, характеризующаяся тем, что указанный сок алоэ вера содержит по меньшей мере приблизительно 5% ацетилированного ацеманнана.
