Abstract
Description
The invention relates to measuring equipment, in particular to thermal methods for measuring gas flow, and can find application in industries using a large number of gases of various properties, for example, in the production of integrated circuits, optical fibers.
Gп= где Рн - мощность нагревателя;
Gв - расход вспомогательного потока;
Св, ρв - соответственно теплоемкость и плотность вспомогательного потока;
Сп, ρп - соответственно теплоемкость и плотность измеряемого потока;
A known calorimetric method for measuring flow (see A.S. N 883658, class G 01 F 1/68, 1981), based on the fact that the measured flow is heated and the temperature difference at the input and output of the measuring section is measured, in addition, the whole the measuring section is blown by an auxiliary stream with a known flow rate and heat capacity and the temperature difference of the auxiliary stream at the inlet and outlet of the measuring section is measured. The flow rate of the measured flow G p is determined by the formula
G p = where P n - heater power;
G in - flow auxiliary stream;
C in , ρ in respectively heat capacity and density of the auxiliary stream;
With p , ρ p - respectively, the heat capacity and density of the measured flow;
Δ T in l , Δ T p - respectively, the temperature difference at the input and output of the measuring section of the auxiliary and measured flows.
The disadvantage of this method is the low accuracy of the flow measurement, due to the influence of the instability of the mass flow rate and the heat capacity of the auxiliary stream and uncontrolled heat loss of the sensor on the measured flow rate.
The aim of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy by eliminating the influence of instability of the mass flow rate, heat capacity of the auxiliary stream, as well as by reducing the influence of heat loss of the sensor.
Gп= / где Рн1 - количество тепла, отдаваемое нагревателем на измерительном участке;
Рн2 - количество тепла, отдаваемое нагревателем вспомогательного потока на дополнительном участке нагрева;
Δ Тв1, Δ Тп - соответственно разность температур вспомогательного и измеряемого потоков на входе и выходе измерительного участка;
Δ Тв2 - разность температур вспомогательного потока на входе и выходе дополнительного участка нагрева;
To this end, in the calorimetric method for measuring flow rate by as N 883658 form an additional section of the pipeline without a measuring stream, heat it, blow it with an auxiliary stream and measure the temperature difference of the auxiliary stream at the inlet and outlet of the additional section of the pipeline, and the measured flow rate G p is determined by the formula
G p = / where P n1 - the amount of heat given off by the heater in the measuring section;
P n2 - the amount of heat given off by the auxiliary flow heater in the additional heating section;
Δ T in 1 , Δ T p - respectively, the temperature difference of the auxiliary and measured flows at the input and output of the measuring section;
Δ T B2 - the temperature difference of the auxiliary stream at the inlet and outlet of the additional heating section;
With p , ρ p - respectively, the heat capacity and density of the measured flow.
The formation of an additional section with heating of the pipeline blown by the auxiliary stream, and the measurement of the continuous temperature difference of the latter at the inlet and outlet of the additional section completely eliminate the influence of parameters such as flow rate, density and heat capacity of the auxiliary stream on the value of the measured flow rate, and therefore increase its accuracy definitions.
The drawing shows a diagram of a calorimetric flow meter for implementing the proposed method.
12. The flowmeter contains a
The method is as follows.
12. The measured flow is passed through the
(1) где Сп, ρп - соответственно теплоемкость и плотность измеряемого потока;
Рн1 - количество тепла, отдаваемое нагревателем на измерительном участке;
Рн2 - количество тепла, отдаваемое нагревателем на дополнительном участке;
ΔТв1, Δ Тп - соответственно разность температур вспомогательного и измеряемого потока на входе и выходе измерительного участка;
The value of the measured flow rate G p is determined by the formula
(1) where C p , ρ p - respectively, the specific heat and density of the measured flow;
P n1 - the amount of heat given off by the heater in the measuring section;
P n2 - the amount of heat given off by the heater in an additional area;
ΔT v1 , Δ T p - respectively, the temperature difference of the auxiliary and measured flow at the input and output of the measuring section;
ΔT B2 - the temperature difference of the auxiliary stream at the inlet and outlet of the additional heating section.
Рн1 = Qп + Qв1 + Qп1, (2) где Qп - количество тепла полученное измеряемым потоком;
Qв1 - количество тепла, получаемое вспомогательным потоком на измерительном участке;
Рп1 = Gп Сп ρп ΔТп + Gв Св ρв ΔТв1 + + Qп1, (3) где Gв - расход вспомогательного потока;
The heat balance equation in the measuring section should be written as:
P n1 = Q p + Q b1 + Q p1 , (2) where Q p is the amount of heat received by the measured flow;
Q in1 - the amount of heat received by the auxiliary stream in the measuring section;
Q p1 - heat loss to the environment at the measuring site; or
P p1 = G p C p ρ p ΔT p + G in C to ρ in ΔT b1 + Q p1 , (3) where G in - flow rate of the auxiliary stream;
With in , ρ in respectively heat capacity and density of the auxiliary stream.
Рн2 = Qв2 + Qп2, (4) где Qв2 - количество тепла, получаемое вспомогательным потоком на дополнительном участке нагрева;
GвCвρв= (6) и подставив (6) в (3), получим:
Gп= + (7)
е.The heat balance equation for the additional heating section is written:
P n2 = Q B2 + Q P2 , (4) where Q B2 is the amount of heat received by the auxiliary stream in the additional heating section;
Q p2 - heat loss to the environment in the area of additional heating; or
P n2 = G in C in ρ in ΔT B2 + Q p2 . (5)
Transforming expression (5) as
G to C to ρ to = (6) and substituting (6) in (3), we obtain:
G p = + (7)
It is known that heat losses to the environment Q p are proportional to the heat transfer coefficients K, the heat transfer surface area F and the average temperature difference of the two media δT, i.e.
Qп = kF δТ, (8) где K = ;
αв - коэффициент теплоотдачи от вспомогательного потока к рубашке;
δ - толщина рубашки;
λ - коэффициент теплопроводности материала рубашки;
αо - коэффициент теплоотдачи от рубашки в окружающую среду.Q p = kF δT, (8) where K = ;
α in - heat transfer coefficient from the auxiliary stream to the shirt;
δ is the thickness of the shirt;
λ is the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the material of the shirt;
α about - the coefficient of heat transfer from the shirt to the environment.
Qп1=kF, (9)
Qn2= kF.
Assuming that the temperatures of the auxiliary flow in the measuring section and in the additional section vary according to the same law, for example, for a section with a uniformly distributed heater, we have for the measuring section δT = and for an additional heating section δT = . Then, if the design parameters and materials of both shirts are identical and when placed in the same case, you can write
Q n1 = kF , (9)
Q n2 = kF . (10) Substituting expressions (9) and (10) in equation (7), we obtain the formula for calculating the flow rate of the measured gas in the form:
+ (eleven)
In real conditions, the second term of equation (11) is not equal to zero, but tends to it, since it is the difference of two values that are close in value. Therefore, we can accept that
(12) As a result, equation (11) takes the form
(thirteen)
The advantages of the proposed method are that the results of determining the flow rate are not affected by such parameters as the flow rate, density and heat capacity of the auxiliary stream. In addition, the implementation of the proposed method allows to reduce the influence of heat loss on the accuracy of flow measurement.
