The utility model relates to the furniture industry, in particular to upholstered furniture, namely, sofas with an extra bed.

In conditions of lack of space, retractable or transformable upholstered furniture can help out, which easily turns into a full-fledged sleeping place at night, and is removed during the day, freeing up a lot of free space.

From the prior art known transformable upholstered furniture for sitting and lying (patent RU 22409, IPC A47C 17/16, publ. 10.04.2002), containing a frame with fixed sidewalls fixed to it and movably mounted back and seat. The upholstered furniture is additionally equipped with a secondary seat associated with it, which is a pouf or a bench, located outside the frame and equipped with a means for attaching it to the upholstered furniture from the side of the seat end.

Analysis of the technical characteristics of the analogue showed that along with the advantages, there is also a disadvantage: low comfort during its operation.

The sofa contains a seat with a backrest and side walls. A roll-out bed is located at the bottom of the sofa bed. The transformation of the sleeping place is carried out with the help of the headrest handle, it also keeps the pillow in the sleeping place during rest.

However, if the transformation mechanism breaks down, it will be difficult or impossible to move the bed.

The technical problem of the claimed utility model lies in the development of a folding sofa model, made with the possibility of increasing the number of berths while maintaining the storage area (linen box).

The technical result consists in expanding the arsenal of existing sofas.

The technical problem is achieved by the fact that the sofa, containing a seat with a backrest, side walls and an additional berth, according to the solution , the additional berth is made in the form of a removable back bar fixed in the side walls and located parallel to it behind the backrest.

The utility model is illustrated by an example of a specific implementation of a sofa, which contains a base (linen box) 1, a backrest 2 pivotally connected to the base 1 and a seat 3 (Fig. 1). The base 1 is attached to the side walls (sides) 6 using furniture connectors (outer 463 and inner 464). The back cushions 4 are located parallel to the backrest 2 and are installed on the seat 3 closely without a gap. The backrest 2 is made with the ability to turn and lower to the level of the seat 3. The seat 3 is connected to the base 1 and is installed with the possibility of horizontal movement relative to it by means of a "tick-tock" type transformation mechanism 7. The back bar (extra berth) 5 is connected to the side walls 6 using furniture connectors 8 (external 463 and internal 464) and is located behind the back 2 parallel to it.

The transformation mechanism of the 7th sofa is additionally equipped with a synchronizer, a pair of springs and front supports. The springs are fitted with plastic bushings. The area of operation of the transformation mechanism 7 is separated from the area of the base (linen box) 1.

Furniture connector 8 has two parts - "dad" and "mom". One goes into the other and holds the structure securely. One part of this connector is attached to the side wall 6, and the second part to the back plate 5. Further, the narrow part along the guides enters the wider one, thereby fixing the two separate parts. The connector elements are fastened with short self-tapping screws.

To lay the sofa in the bed position (Fig. 2), remove the pillows 4. Raise the seat 3 up to the top point and then push it forward. In this case, the transformation mechanism 7 rotates relative to the transverse side of the base 1, due to the rods attached to it. Then the back of 2 sofas is lowered to the vacant space.

To obtain an additional berth (Fig. 3), the dorsal bar 5 is lifted up (furniture connectors are disconnected), placed on the floor and covered with bedding.

The base of the 1st sofa is made of laminated chipboard 16 mm graphite gray.

The main material of the seat frame: moisture-resistant birch plywood Ф 15 mm. Basic filling materials (layers from top to bottom): Spunbond 15 g / m ^2, sintepon 150 g / m ^2, periotek 200 g / m ^2, of polyurethane foam (PUF) ST2236, independent spring block (NPB) of 90 mm.

The main material of the back frame: moisture-resistant birch plywood F 15 mm Main filling materials (layers from top to bottom): spunbond 15 g / m ² , synthetic winterizer 150 g / m ² , periotek 200 g / m ² , PPU ST2236, airbag 90 mm. Fixing to base 1 with a card loop.

The main filling materials for the back cushion: molded polyurethane foam HS2012, periotec 200 g / m ² .

The frame of the dorsal bar (additional berth) is made of moisture-resistant birch plywood of 9 mm diameter with 2 mm cardboard layers located on it, 20 mm PU foam ST2236, 10 mm PU foam ST1825 and upholstered with padding polyester 150 g / m ² . The characteristics of the extra bed: length 2026 mm, width 716 mm, height 95 mm.

The declared utility model will allow, if necessary, to increase the number of sleeping places.
