Claims (12)
1. Способ управления амортизацией фазы остановки искусственного коленного сустава с верхней частью (1) и нижней частью (2), которые закреплены друг на друге с возможностью поворота вокруг оси (4) поворота, блоком (6) сопротивления, который расположен между верхней частью (1) и нижней частью (2) и имеет регулировочное устройство (7), при помощи которого может изменяться сопротивление (FD) амортизации, и с блоком (8) управления, который согласован с регулировочным устройством (7), и который соединен по меньшей мере с одним датчиком (9), причем регулировка осуществляется на основе данных датчика,
отличающийся тем, что
во время сгибания фазы остановки вплоть до конечной фазы остановки угол (α) колена регистрируют по меньшей мере одним датчиком (9), и амортизацию (FD) сгибания поднимают до уровня (FDmax) выше начальной амортизации (FDI) сгибания вплоть до предотвращения дальнейшего сгибания при достижении заданного максимального угла (αmax) колена.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что амортизацию (FD) сгибания удерживают на уровне (FDmax) при достижении максимального угла (αmax) колена.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что амортизацию (FD) сгибания сохраняют постоянной во время начального контакта пяткой, и в зависимости от нагрузки амортизацию (FD) сгибания повышают.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что регистрируют поворот нижней части (2) вперед вокруг дистальной точки поворота, и при продолжаемом повороте вперед после достижения максимального угла (αmax) колена амортизацию (FD) сгибания уменьшают.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что амортизацию (FD) сгибания уменьшают после превышения заданного диапазона поворота вперед и/или при уменьшающемся угле (α) колена.
6. Способ по п.4 или 5, отличающийся тем, что амортизацию (FD) сгибания уменьшают до значения, большего или равного начальной амортизации (FDI) сгибания фазы остановки.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что после достижения заданного максимального угла (α) колена и относительного поворота нижней части (2) вперед амортизацию (FD) сгибания уменьшают.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что максимальный угол (αmax) колена выбирают и задают из диапазона между 7° и 12° или из диапазона между 9° и 11°.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что максимальный угол (αmax) колена задают на основе статистического анализа зарегистрированных углов (α) колена для ходьбы по горизонтальной плоскости.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что максимальный угол (αmax) колена может задаваться индивидуально для соответствующего пользователя искусственного коленного сустава.
