Claims (25)
1. Узел трубопровода, содержащий
трубку и, по меньшей мере, одно соединительное устройство, соединенное с трубкой;
причем трубка и, по меньшей мере, одно соединительное устройство сформированы из полимерного материала с компонентом, имеющим форму наночастиц, и полимерный материал имеет электропроводность в диапазоне от 1×10-14 до 4,7×106 (См/м) при температуре 20°С;
электрический контактный элемент, соединенный электрически с узлом трубопровода для приема электрического тока; и
провод заземления, соединенный электрически с узлом трубопровода для заземления электрического тока, в то время как узел трубопровода нагревается этим током.
2. Узел трубопровода по п. 1, в котором электрический ток протекает между указанным, по меньшей мере, одним соединительным устройством и трубкой.
3. Узел трубопровода по п. 1, который представляет собой систему трубопроводов для подачи мочевины.
4. Способ пропускания электрического тока через узел трубопровода, включающий
обеспечение узлом трубопровода, сформированным из полимерного материала с компонентом, имеющим форму наночастиц;
обеспечение электрическим контактным элементом, соединенным электрически с узлом трубопровода;
обеспечение проводом заземления, соединенным электрически с узлом трубопровода;
подачу электрического тока в электрический контактный элемент для прохождения через узел трубопровода в провод заземления; и
нагрев узла трубопровода электрическим током.
5. Способ по п. 4, содержащий узел трубопровода, электропроводность которого находится в диапазоне от 1×10-14 до 4,7×106 (См/м) при температуре 20°С.
6. Узел трубопровода, содержащий
трубку, сформированную из полимерного материала с компонентом, имеющим форму наночастиц, причем полимерный материал имеет электропроводность в диапазоне от 1×10-14 до 4,7×106 (См/м) при температуре 20°С;
электрический контактный элемент, соединенный электрически с трубкой для приема электрического тока; и
провод заземления, соединенный с трубкой для заземления электрического тока, проходящего через трубку.
7. Узел трубопровода по п. 6, в котором трубка имеет сквозной канал, обеспечивающий возможность прохождения текучей среды.
8. Узел трубопровода по п. 1, в котором трубка является сплошной трубкой, обеспечивающей возможность пропускания по ней электрического тока.
9. Узел трубопровода по п. 7, в котором трубка нагревает текучую среду в сквозном канале.
10. Узел трубопровода для снятия зарядов статического электричества, содержащий
трубку, сформированную из полимерного материала с компонентом, имеющим форму наночастиц, причем полимерный материал имеет электропроводность в диапазоне от 1×10-14 до 4,7×106 (См/м) при температуре 20°С; и
провод заземления, соединенный с трубкой для заземления зарядов статического электричества, возникающих в трубке.
11. Узел трубопровода по п. 10, в котором трубка имеет сквозной канал, обеспечивающий возможность прохождения текучей среды.
