Claims (7)
1. Уплотнительный материал для резьбовых соединений, изготовленный из гибкой одно- или многоволоконной нити на основе PTFE, в частности в форме ленты или нити, отличающийся тем, что волокно выполнено на основе неориентированного PTFE, которому придают форму ленты или нити и который был модифицирован присадками для высокого давления.
2. Уплотнительный материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что присадки для высокого давления составляют от 0,1 до 5,0 процентов по весу волокна.
3. Уплотнительный материал по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что присадки для высокого давления выбраны из группы сульфида молибдена (MoS2), дисульфида вольфрама (WS2) и диоксида титана (TiO2) или составлены из их смесей.
4. Уплотнительный материал по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что волокно является неориентированным PTFE с плотностью от 1,20 до 1,80 г/см3.
5. Уплотнительный материал по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что на поверхности одноволоконной нити отсутствуют смазочные материалы.
6. Уплотнительный материал по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что одноволоконная нить на основе PTFE имеет отверстия.
7. Уплотнительный материал по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что одноволоконная нить на основе PTFE имеет по меньшей мере одну бороздку, проходящую в продольном направлении одноволоконной нити.
