Claims (26)
1. Осветительное устройство (100), содержащее:
удлиненный корпус (110), имеющий окно (112) для выхода света;
несущий узел (120) внутри корпуса, содержащий множество элементов (122) твердотельного освещения;
отражатель (130) между корпусом и несущим узлом, имеющий множество отверстий (132) между корпусом и несущим узлом; и
клей (140), крепящий отражатель к корпусу, причем клей также проходит через отверстия и дополнительно крепит несущий узел к корпусу.
2. Осветительное устройство по п.1, в котором корпус выполнен из стекла.
3. Осветительное устройство по п.1 или 2, в котором отражатель имеет такие размеры, чтобы отражать свет, испускаемый упомянутыми элементами твердотельного освещения под углами испускания в первом диапазоне.
4. Осветительное устройство по п.3, в котором первый диапазон составляет 100° или более.
5. Осветительное устройство по любому из пп.1-4, в котором каждое из множества отверстий имеет правильную форму, такую как, прямоугольная, квадратная или круглая.
6. Осветительное устройство по п.5, в котором множество отверстий образуют регулярную матрицу (134).
7. Осветительное устройство по любому из пп.1-6, в котором отражатель представляет собой фольгу или бумагу.
8. Осветительное устройство по любому из пп.1-6, в котором отражатель содержит пластмассу.
9. Осветительное устройство по любому из пп.1-6, в котором отражатель содержит листовой металл.
10. Осветительное устройство по любому из пп.1-9, в котором отражатель содержит отражающее покрытие.
11. Осветительное устройство по любому из пп.1-10, в котором, по меньшей мере, участок (124) несущего узла имеет форму, отвечающую внутренней поверхности корпуса.
12. Осветительное устройство по любому из пп.1-11, в котором несущий узел содержит печатную плату (ПП) и/или теплоотвод.
13. Способ сборки осветительного устройства (100), согласно которому:
обеспечивают несущий узел (120), содержащий множество элементов (122) твердотельного освещения;
обеспечивают отражатель (130), имеющий множество выполненных в нем отверстий (132);
наносят клей (140) на несущий узел и/или отражатель; и
прижимают несущий узел и корпус (110) друг к другу, чтобы прикрепить несущий узел и отражатель к корпусу,
при этом отражатель помещают между несущим узлом и корпусом,
отверстия отражателя располагают между корпусом и несущим узлом, а
клей нагнетают через отверстия, чтобы прикрепить несущий узел к корпусу.
14. Способ по п.13, согласно которому отражатель располагают на несущем узле до нанесения клея.
15. Светильник (200), содержащий осветительное устройство (100) по любому из пп.1-12.
