A method of manufacturing a rotor of an electric machine, which consists in the fact that an alternating-pole magnetic system formed by alternating permanent magnets and magnetic annular plates with grooves placed therein by said magnets is mounted on an axial stud and pulled together by an axial stud; the assembly is processed by grinding, characterized in that the permanent magnets are made in the form of annular cylindrical shapes with central holes with tolerances and a diameter calculated for the height of the keyed protrusion made on a removable axial pin made with a diameter equal to the diameter of the rotor shaft; magnetic plates are made with teeth along the outer perimeters and central holes with key cuts made in them; the plates are installed so that the teeth of one plate are opposite the gaps between the teeth of the adjacent plate, for this the key cuts are made at an angle of 90 ° relative to each other if the number of cuts is more than one, alternating the direction of the key cuts alternately on the tooth or the gap between the teeth; cutting teeth along the outer perimeters of the magnetic plates is carried out individually on each plate with the same dimensions of the width of the teeth and the gaps between them; the rotor is assembled on a removable axial pin with adhesive adjacent surfaces of uniformly alternating magnetic ring plates and cylindrical ring permanent magnets, while the poles of the adjacent magnets of the same name are set facing each other, after the assembly is ready, the pin is replaced with a shaft.
