Claims (1)

Стенд для виброакустических испытаний моделей систем виброизоляции судовых энергетических установок машинного отделения судна, содержащий основание, на котором посредством, по крайней мере, трех виброизоляторов закреплена переборка, а в качестве генератора гармонических колебаний использован эксцентриковый вибратор, расположенный на переборке, отличающийся тем, что на переборке дополнительно установлена стойка для испытания собственных частот упругих элементов рессорных и тарельчатых виброизоляторов разной длины, геометрических параметров, а также разной величины масс, закрепленных на концах этих испытываемых элементов, при этом колебания массы, закрепленной на каждом упругом элементе, фиксируется индикатором перемещений, по показаниям которого определяется резонансная частота, соответствующая параметрам каждого упругого элемента, причем на основании и переборке закреплены датчики виброускорений, сигналы от которых поступают на усилитель, затем осциллограф, магнитограф и компьютер для обработки полученной информации, при этом для настройки работы стенда используется частотомер и фазометр.A stand for vibro-acoustic tests of models of vibration isolation systems for marine power plants of a ship’s engine compartment, containing a base on which a bulkhead is mounted using at least three vibration isolators, and an eccentric vibrator located on the bulkhead is used as a harmonic oscillator, characterized in that on the bulkhead additionally installed a stand for testing the natural frequencies of the elastic elements of spring and disk vibration isolators of different lengths, geometric parameters, as well as different values of the masses attached to the ends of these test elements, while the fluctuations in the mass attached to each elastic element are recorded by a displacement indicator, the readings of which determine the resonant frequency corresponding to the parameters of each elastic element, and sensors are fixed to the base and bulkhead vibration acceleration, the signals from which are fed to the amplifier, then an oscilloscope, a magnetograph and a computer to process the received information, while setting up the stand and uses frequency and phase meter.
