Способ ремонта напорных трубопроводов, заключающийся в протягивании внутрь ремонтируемой трубы тонкостенной трубы, экструдированной из полиэтилена и свернутой С-образно, отличающийся тем, что вместо тонкостенной трубы затягивается свернутая плоская оболочка из сложенного вдвое плоского рулонного полиэтилена, склеенного сложенными краями между собой на заданную ширину от кромки к линии перегиба, плоская оболочка изнутри перегнутой части расправляется давлением рабочей среды, с расслаиванием склеенной части оболочки по клею от разрывающего усилия на стенку оболочки до момента, пока перегнутая часть плоской оболочки не увеличится до диаметра ремонтируемой трубы и полностью не ляжет на ее стенки, после чего разрывающее усилие на стенку оболочки от внутреннего давления исчезает и расслоение склеенной части оболочки прекращается, продольная складка образованная оставшейся склеенной частью оболочки оказывается прижатой к стенке трубы давлением расправленной части плоской оболочки и не мешает потоку рабочей среды, запас материала в склеенной части плоской оболочки исключает разрыв оболочки или ее полное расслоение при попадании ее на участок, где внутренний диаметр ремонтируемого трубопровода больше первоначального.1.
