Claims (12)

1. A pack (1) for smoking articles, comprising an outer case (2) of a vascular shape with an opening, a first inner shell covering a first set (3) of smoking articles, a second inner shell covering a second set (4) of smoking articles, wherein the first and second separately wrapped in inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4) of smoking articles are located inside said outer case (2), a cover (5) configured to take an open position in which the opening of the outer shell CA (2) is open, providing access to the first and second separately wrapped in inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4) of smoking articles, and a closed position in which the opening of the outer casing (2) is closed, with the first and second separately wrapped in inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4) of smoking articles are left inside the outer case (2), an insert (6) located between separately wrapped in inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4) of smoking articles with one sides and outer m case (2) on the other hand, characterized in that the said first and second separately wrapped in inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4) of smoking products, being placed inside the outer case (2), generally occupy a smaller volume, than the volume provided by the outer casing (2), and inside the outer casing (2) there is an empty space (70) formed where there are no separate smoking sets wrapped in inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4), while unfilled the space (70) is located between these separately wrapped into inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4) of smoking articles, said liner (6) containing a bent tongue (7, 7 ') located inside said empty space (70) in order to separate and keep said first and second at a predetermined distance from each other separately wrapped in inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4) of smoking articles. 2. A pack (1) according to claim 1, wherein said outer casing (2) is made in the form of a parallelepiped and includes two opposite side walls (23) on each side and two opposite front and rear walls (21, 22) respectively, front and rear of the outer casing (2), wherein said bent tab (7, 7 ′) of the insert (6) is arranged to hold said first and second separately wrapped in inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4) smoking articles at said side walls (23) zhnogo body (2). 3. A pack (1) according to claim 2, wherein said bent tab (7, 7 ′) of the insert (6) is located transversely relative to the front, rear and side walls (21, 22, 23) of the outer casing (2) and at a distance from the upper wall (32) of the shell of the first separately wrapped and thereby separate set (3) of smoking articles and the upper wall (42) of the shell of the second separately wrapped and thereby separate set (4) of smoking articles. 4. The pack (1) according to any one of paragraphs. 1-4, in which the aforementioned empty space (70) is located in the Central region of the outer casing (2), and the aforementioned predetermined distance between the first and second separately wrapped in the inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4) of smoking articles is equal to at least at least 4 mm. 6. The pack (1) according to any one of paragraphs. 4 or 5, in which said liner (6) provides a window for access to smoking articles separately wrapped in inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4), wherein said access window is created by a cut line (65), wherein a fold line ( 71, 71 ') of the insert (6) is made along the aforementioned cut line (65). 7. The pack (1) according to any one of paragraphs. 4-6, in which the said bent tab (7) of the liner (6) has an upper edge (72), which is brought into contact with the rear wall (22) of the outer casing (2). 8. A pack (1) according to claim 7, wherein said upper edge (72) extends along a fold line parallel to the fold line (71) of the hinge, from this upper edge (72) towards the bottom wall of the outer casing (2) ) extends the bendable protrusion (7a). 9. The pack (1) according to any one of paragraphs. 1-10, in which said liner (6) includes a first region (6a), a second region (6b) and a third region (6c), wherein said first and second regions (6a, 6b) of the liner are configured to cover the corresponding first or a second, from separately wrapped in inner shells and thereby separate sets (3, 4) of smoking articles, and said third region (6c) is configured to cover an unfilled space (70), while the third region (6c) is articulated the tongue (7, 7 ') of the insert (6). 12. The pack (1) according to claim 11, in which each of the first, second, and third regions (6a, 6b, 6c) of the liner represents its front wall (61a, 61b, 61c) and two opposite side walls, respectively (63a, 63b, 63c).
