Claims (1)

Способ отбора материнских растений Rhododendron ledebourii Pojark., продуцирующих семенное потомство с разным уровнем стабильности генетического материала, включающий сбор и проращивание семян фенотипически здоровых материнских растений Rhododendron ledebourii Pojark, приготовление из корешка каждого проростка длиной 0,5-1 см постоянно-давленного микропрепарата, анализ следующих цитогенетических показателей каждого микропрепарата: «митотическая активность» как отношение числа делящихся клеток к общему числу подсчитанных клеток (%), «уровень патологий митоза» как отношение числа клеток с нарушениями митоза к общему числу делящихся клеток (%), «спектр патологий митоза» как отношение числа клеток с определенным типом нарушений деления к числу делящихся клеток с аберрациями (%), «уровень клеток с остаточными ядрышками» на стадии метафазы-телофазы митоза как отношение числа клеток с остаточными ядрышками к общему числу клеток на указанных стадиях (%), «средняя площадь поверхности одиночных ядрышек» (в мкм2); отличающийся тем, что проводят анализ не менее 19 микропрепаратов и не менее 500 клеток каждого микропрепарата, «средняя площадь поверхности одиночных ядрышек» определяется по 200 клеткам на каждом микропрепарате, полученные значения цитогенетических показателей сравнивают со значениями для мутабильной или слабомутабильной групп, причем показатель «митотическая активность» относится к мутабильной группе при значении не более 8%, «уровень патологий митоза» - при значении более 2,5%, «спектр патологий митоза» представлен нарушениями, связанными с повреждением хромосом (более 50% отставаний хромосом в анафазе и метакинезе), «уровень клеток с остаточными ядрышками» - более 8%, «площадь поверхности одиночных ядрышек» - при значении не менее 76 мкм2, в противном случае показатели относятся к слабомутабильной группе; если более 2 показателей оказались в мутабильной группе, то и проросток относят к мутабильной группе, а если 2 и менее, то к слабомутабильной; если не менее половины проростков оказались в слабомутабильной группе, уровень стабильности генетического материала материнского растения оценивается как высокий, если менее - то как низкий.A method for selecting maternal plants of Rhododendron ledebourii Pojark.
