Способ оценки степени поражения пчелиных семей возбудителями нозематоза, включающий приготовление суспензии из пробы пчел из расчета 1 мл воды на 1 пчелу, подсчет количества спор в гемоцитометре, определение степени поражения пчелиной семьи, отличающийся тем, что подсчет среднего количества спор в пчеле проводят в гемоцитометре, а оценку степени поражения осуществляют по предложеной шкале: 1 балл - до 5 млн. спор на пчелу, 2 балла - от 5,05 млн. до 25 млн. спор на пчелу, 3 балла - 25,05 до 75 млн. спор на пчелу и 4 балла - более 75 млн. спор на пчелу. A method for assessing the degree of damage to bee colonies by pathogens of nosematosis, including the preparation of a suspension from a sample of bees at the rate of 1 ml of water per 1 bee, counting the number of spores in a hemocytometer, determining the degree of damage to a bee family, characterized in that the average number of spores in a bee is calculated in a hemocytometer, and the degree of damage is assessed according to the proposed scale: 1 point - up to 5 million spores per bee, 2 points - from 5.05 million to 25 million spores per bee, 3 points - 25.05 to 75 million spores per bee and 4 points - more than 75 million spores per bee.
