Claims (13)

1. Коррозионно-стойкий узел, содержащий:
первый металлический компонент, соединенный со вторым металлическим компонентом;
границу поверхность раздела соединения между первым и вторым компонентами; и
слой защиты от коррозии, покрывающий, по меньшей мере, участок границы поверхности раздела соединения, причем слой защиты от коррозии включает в себя алюминий или цинк.
2. Узел по п. 1, в котором первый металлический компонент включает в себя фланец, и фланец согнут вокруг края второго металлического компонента для образования соединения между первым и вторым компонентами.
3. Узел по п. 2, в котором соединение включает в себя границу поверхность раздела соединения, образованную между оконечным концом первого металлического компонента и второго металлического компонента.
4. Узел по п. 1, в котором слой защиты от коррозии образует уплотнение между первым и вторым металлическими компонентами вдоль участка границы поверхности раздела соединения.
5. Узел по п. 1, в котором слой защиты от коррозии имеет среднюю толщину 0,1-2,0 мм.
6. Узел по п. 1, в котором слой защиты от коррозии содержит, по меньшей мере, 99,0% весмас. алюминия.
7. Узел по п. 1, в котором первый и второй компоненты представляют собой листовой металл.
8. Узел по п. 7, в котором первый металлический компонент представляет собой алюминиевый сплав серии 6XXX, а второй металлический компонент представляет собой алюминиевый сплав серии 5XXX или 7XXX.
9. Узел по п. 1, в котором каждый из первого и второго компонентов образован из алюминиевого сплава, и слой защиты от коррозии образован из, по меньшей мере, 99,0% мас. вес. алюминия.
10. Узел по п. 1, в котором первый металлический компонент представляет собой внешнюю панель кузова транспортного средства, а второй металлический компонент представляет собой внутреннюю панель кузова транспортного средства, и первый металлический компонент обжат на втором металлическом компоненте для образования границы поверхности раздела соединения.
