Claims (12)
1. Фрикционный материал муфты, содержащий:
основной материал, содержащий каучуковый материал и термоотверждающуюся смолу;
промежуточный слой, расположенный на основном материале и включающий в себя либо стеклоуглероднуюструктуру, либо графитовуюструктуру, сформированную в результате теплового отверждения термоотверждающейся смолы, содержащейся в основном материале; и
наружный поверхностный слой, расположенный на промежуточном слое и содержащий пиролизат, образованный в результате пиролиза компонентов каучука и смолы, содержащихся в основном материале.
2. Фрикционный материал муфты по п. 1, в котором основном материал содержит вулканизирующий компонент.
3. Фрикционный материал муфты по п. 2, в котором основной материал дополнительно содержит упрочненное волокно и модификатор коэффициента трения.
4. Фрикционный материал муфты по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором промежуточный слой имеет толщину в диапазоне от больше или равно 1 микрон до меньше или равно 3 микрона.
5. Фрикционный материал муфты по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором наружный поверхностный слой имеет толщину в диапазоне от больше или равно 10 микрон до меньше или равно 15 микрон.
6. Фрикционный материал муфты по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором промежуточный слой и наружный поверхностный слой сформированы в результате тепловой обработки основного материала при температуре в диапазоне от больше или равно 250°С до меньше или равно 295°С в течение периода времени в диапазоне от больше или равно 2 часам до меньше или равно 10 часам.
7. Фрикционный материал муфты по любому из пп. 1-6, дополнительно содержащий множество пазов, выполненных на его поверхности.
8. Фрикционный материал муфты по п. 7, в котором основной материал имеет кольцевую форму с центральной осью, и множество пазов выполнено проходящим радиально относительно центральной оси.
9. Фрикционный материал муфты по п. 8, в котором множество пазов отстоит по окружности на равные угловые интервалы.
