Abstract
A method for predicting obstetric risk in pregnant women suffering from HIV infection, which consists in the fact that the prognosis is carried out according to the medical history, objective and laboratory-instrumental methods for examining pregnant women, characterized in that they additionally determine the antioxidant activity of blood serum, the activity of the antioxidant enzyme ceruloplasmin , and also take into account indicators of social factors, habitual intoxication, a statement of the presence or absence of hepatitis B and C, about of complicated parity, with each indicator assigned a digital value determined by producing a cipher - a variant of the prognostic parameter by the coefficient of the classification function, calculated on the basis of multivariate correlation analysis, then the obtained digital values are summed over all prognostic parameters, including a constant derived empirically, and determined prognostic coefficient, by the value of which the prognosis of obstetric risk is carried out, and with a positive value predictive coefficient HIV-infected pregnant women referred to a group of low-risk obstetric, and at its negative value - at high risk.
