Claims (45)

1. Покрытое изделие, включающее в себя покрытие, нанесенное на стеклянную подложку, причем покрытие содержит:
- первый и второй отражающие инфракрасное ИК излучение слои, содержащие серебро, причем первый ИК-отражающий слой расположен ближе к стеклянной подложке, чем второй ИК-отражающий слой;
- первый контактный слой, содержащий NiCr, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий с первым ИК-отражающим слоем, содержащим серебро;
- диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий с первым контактным слоем, содержащим NiCr;
- второй контактный слой, содержащий NiCr, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий со слоем, содержащим нитрид кремния;
- второй ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий со вторым контактным слоем, содержащим NiCr;
- третий контактный слой, содержащий NiCr, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий со вторым ИК-отражающим слоем;
- другой диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий с третьим контактным слоем, содержащим NiCr;
- слой, содержащий оксид циркония, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий с другим диэлектрическим слоем, содержащим нитрид кремния;
в котором второй ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро, толще, чем первый ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро;
в котором каждый из первого и второго ИК-отражающих слоев, содержащих серебро, по меньшей мере, в два раза толще, чем слой, содержащий оксид циркония; и
покрытое изделие обладает пропусканием видимого света, измеренным на монолите, не более 60%.
2. Покрытое изделие по п. 1, в котором каждый из первого и второго ИК-отражающих слоев, содержащих серебро, по меньшей мере, в три раза толще, чем слой, содержащий оксид циркония.
3. Покрытое изделие по п. 1, в котором каждый из первого и второго ИК-отражающих слоев, содержащих серебро, по меньшей мере, в четыре раза толще, чем слой, содержащий оксид циркония.
4. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором слой, содержащий оксид циркония, дополнительно содержит азот.
5. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором второй ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро, по меньшей мере, на 10 Å толще, чем первый ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро.
6. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором второй ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро, по меньшей мере, на 20 Å толще, чем первый ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро.
7. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором второй ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро, по меньшей мере, на 30 Å толще, чем первый ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро.
8. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния, который расположен поверх и непосредственно контактирует с первым контактным слоем, содержащим NiCr, является аморфным.
9. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором первый контактный слой, содержащий NiCr, является, по существу, металлическим или металлическим и содержит не более чем примерно 5 атомных % кислорода.
10. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором второй контактный слой, содержащий NiCr, является, по существу, металлическим или металлическим и содержит не более чем примерно 5 атомных % кислорода.
11. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором третий контактный слой, содержащий NiCr, является, по существу, металлическим или металлическим и содержит не более чем примерно 5 атомный % кислорода.
12. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором упомянутый первый, второй и/или третий контактные слои содержат азот.
13. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, причем упомянутое покрытие изделие обладает пропусканием видимого света примерно 20-60%, измеренным на монолите.
14. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, причем упомянутое покрытие изделие не было подвергнуто термической закалке и обладает пропусканием видимого света примерно 20-25, измеренным на монолите.
15. Покрытое изделие по любому из пп. 1-13, причем покрытое изделие подвергнуто термической закалке.
16. Покрытое изделие по п. 15, причем покрытое изделие подвергнуто термообработке и имеет значение ΔΕ* при отражении со стороны стекла не более 5,0 вследствие термообработки.
17. Покрытое изделие по п. 16, причем покрытое изделие подвергнуто термообработке, и оно обладает значением ΔΕ* при отражении со стороны стекла не более 4,5 вследствие термообработки.
18. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором первый ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро, обладает толщиной 110-145, а второй ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро, обладает толщиной 150-215.
19. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором слой, содержащий оксид циркония, имеет толщину 25-50 Å.
20. Покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором покрытие обладает поверхностным сопротивлением слоя Rs, меньшим или равным 4,0 Ом/100 квадратных футов.
21. Блок ИС-окна, включающий в себя покрытое изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов и другую стеклянную подложку, которая связана с упомянутым покрытым изделием.
22. Покрытое изделие, включающее в себя покрытие, нанесенное на стеклянную подложку,
причем покрытие содержит:
- первый и второй отражающие инфракрасное ИК излучение слои, содержащие серебро, причем первый ИК-отражающий слой расположен ближе к стеклянной подложке, чем второй ИК-отражающий слой;
- первый контактный слой, расположенный поверх, и непосредственно контактирующий с первым ИК-отражающим слоем, содержащим серебро;
- диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий с первым контактным слоем;
- второй контактный слой, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий со слоем, содержащим нитрид кремния;
- второй ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий со вторым контактным слоем;
- третий контактный слой, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий со вторым ИК-отражающим слоем;
- другой диэлектрический слой, содержащий нитрид кремния, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий с третьим контактным слоем;
слой, содержащий оксид циркония, расположенный поверх и непосредственно контактирующий с другим диэлектрическим слоем, содержащим нитрид кремния;
в котором второй ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро, толще, чем первый ИК-отражающий слой, содержащий серебро;
в котором каждый из первого и второго ИК-отражающих слоев, содержащих серебро, по меньшей мере, в два раза толще, чем слой, содержащий оксид циркония; и
покрытое изделие обладает пропусканием видимого света, измеренным на монолите, составляющим не более 60%.
