Claims (23)
1. Устройство кондиционирования воздуха, содержащее
компрессор для сжатия хладагента;
наружный теплообменник для осуществления теплообмена между наружным воздухом и хладагентом;
внутренний теплообменник для осуществления теплообмена между воздухом помещения и хладагентом; и
расширительный клапан для уменьшения давления хладагента,
причем
хладагент образован из гидрофторуглерода (HFC);
компрессор содержит компрессорный узел для сжатия хладагента, узел электродвигателя для передачи вращающей силы компрессорному узлу через вращающийся вал, соединенный с компрессорным узлом, и участок для вмещения компрессорного масла для содержания компрессорного масла с целью уменьшения трения между вращающимся валом и компрессорным узлом и понижения температуры компрессора; и
масло содержит углеродную наночастицу.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором хладагент содержит фтористый метилен, причем процентное содержание фтористого метилена составляет, по меньшей мере, 40%.
3. Устройство по п. 2, в котором хладагент дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, одно из пентафторэтана и тетрафторэтана.
4. Устройство по п. 1, в котором массовая доля углеродной наночастицы, содержащейся в масле, составляет около 0,01-0,3% от массы масла.
5. Устройство по п. 4, в котором размер углеродной наночастицы, содержащейся в масле, составляет около 3-10 нм.
6. Устройство по п. 5, в котором углеродная наночастица содержит фуллерен, образованный в сферической или эллипсоидальной форме.
7. Устройство по п. 6, в котором фуллерен содержит С60, имеющий сферическую форму за счет соединения ковалентной связью шестидесяти углеродных атомов.
8. Устройство по п. 1, в котором объем масла составляет около 35-45% от эффективного объема внутренней части компрессора, причем эффективным объемом является объем, полученный путем вычитания объемов узла электродвигателя и компрессорного узла из общего объема компрессора.
9. Устройство по п. 8, в котором температура хладагента, вышедшего из компрессора, составляет 8°С, которая ниже температуры хладагента, вышедшего из компрессорного узла.
10. Устройство по п. 1, в котором узел электродвигателя содержит статор, закрепленный во внутренней части компрессора, и ротор, соединенный с вращающимся валом и расположенный с возможностью вращения в статоре,
причем статор содержит катушку для генерации вращающегося магнитного поля, и крепежный элемент для катушки для закрепления катушки.
11. Устройство по п. 10, в котором изоляционный элемент для изоляции катушки выполнен из изоляционного материала, имеющего допустимую температуру 140°С.
