Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, specifically to the production of fertilizers.
It should be noted that the organic matter of the soil and its main component - humus - is not only a reserve source of all plant nutrients, a regulator of the main physicochemical and biological properties of the soil, which determine the water-air and nutritional conditions of the soil, but also plays a huge protective role in the biosphere.
However, the intensive chemicalization of agriculture, increasing the yield of fields, leads to pollution of the soil, groundwater, and in some cases to a deterioration in the quality of crop production.
The consequence of the use of mineral fertilizers in large doses and especially the use of pesticides is the formation and accumulation of toxic substances in soils and plants. Due to the anthropogenic pollution of the environment with heavy metals, the humus substance of the soil plays a protective role, converting heavy metal ions into a sedentary form.
Soil, thanks to the humic substance, is a powerful "natural filter", as a result of which self-purification of natural ecosystems occurs. However, these processes reduce the content of humus in the soil, and thereby its fertility. Thus, the use of mineral fertilizers, on the one hand, allows you to provide plants with nutrients, provides a significant increase in the yield of all types of crops, and on the other hand, reduces the amount of humus soil (a natural source of nutrients) and pollutes the soil with heavy metals and nitrate and nitrite forms of nitrogen.
Recently, in connection with the sharply aggravated environmental situation in the country, as well as with the development of farming and personal farming, there is an intensive search for fertilizers that are more environmentally friendly. From this point of view, natural organic fertilizers - manure, sapropel, peat (V. A. Vasiliev, N. V. Fillipova. Handbook of organic fertilizers. M., Rosagropromizdat. 1988) are of the greatest interest. They contain the basic elements necessary for plant life - nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus, and peat is of the greatest interest, because It is a source of humic acids, does not contain pathogens for plants, animals and humans, microorganisms. However, the use of peat as a fertilizer in its natural form is ineffective due to the presence of a ligno-cellulose complex in it, which inhibits the microbiological processes producing nitrogen in the soil. Therefore, peat is usually used to prepare complex mineral-organic fertilizers, for which they extract humic compounds from peat, and then mix it with sources containing macronutrients necessary for plant life.
Of particular interest are liquid complex humic fertilizers (MKSU), which, in addition to the basic nutrients of plants in digestible form, contain a humate extract from peat that has a stimulating effect. These fertilizers are designed to feed a wide range of vegetable and flower crops, indoor plants, at home and in the garden. In addition, aqueous solutions of housing and communal services can be used for presowing treatment of seeds. Their use leads to an increase in the yield of vegetable crops with a simultaneous acceleration of their ripening by 8-10 days.

The prototype adopted a method of obtaining a liquid complex humic fertilizer according to TU 214 RSFSR 9-204-88. Housing and communal services contains the main substances, g / l:
Nitrogen (in terms of -N-NH 4 ) 4.5
Phosphorus (in terms of P 2 O 5 ) 15.0
Potassium (in terms of K 2 O) 13.0
Humic acids
(substances of unknown structure) 2.0 Water Else
This fertilizer is prepared as follows (TU 214 RSFSR 9-204-88): 0.6 of the required volume of water is poured into the reactor; load all peat; add water to the desired amount and mix for 20-30 minutes; solid KOH is charged, the suspension is stirred for at least 70-75 minutes; suspension sediment for at least 3 hours; draining the liquid fraction; carbamide (urea) and liquid complex fertilizers are loaded into the obtained liquid.
In order to obtain a fertilizer of the above composition, the following ratios of the starting components are necessary: alkali: water: peat: urea: liquid complex fertilizers = 1: 50: 2.5: 1: 2.

46%. Urea (urea) - according to GOST 2081-75 with a mass fraction of nitrogen of at least 46%.
The proposed method of obtaining allows you to achieve the required presence in the fertilizer of nitrogen and other macronutrients. In the process of preparing liquid peat humic fertilizer, first, when processing peat with alkali, a complex of humic acids is isolated. They are divided into humic (HA) and fulvic acids (FA) (GD Chimitdorzhieva. Humus of cold soils. N., Nauka, 1990, pp. 73-77). It is known that under certain conditions, namely, in an acidic environment, part of humic acids can pass into fulvic acids, and the presence of the latter in fertilizers is undesirable, since FAs inhibit plant growth and development.
In the described prototype method, after preparation from peat of an alkaline extract consisting of HA and FC, urea and liquid complex fertilizers are added to it. Thereby, the required content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the finished fertilizer is achieved, but at the same time with the addition of liquid complex fertilizers that have an acid reaction (pH = 5.9-6.4) (TP Unanyants. Chemicalization of agriculture in the USSR and abroad. M., Chemistry, 1981, pp. 62-64) in the reaction mass conditions are created that are favorable for the conversion of part of the humic acids useful for the growth and development of plants to fulvic acids. In addition, the use of urea in the production process leads to the fact that the finished fertilizer contains nitrogen of mineral origin, i.e. in nitrate-nitrate form, which is environmentally unsafe.
9-204-88. A method for producing liquid peat humic fertilizer by preparing a suspension of peat in 1/3 of the volume of water is proposed, then solid alkali and dry chopped chicken droppings are added with stirring, and then water is added to the required amount, observing the following ratios of the starting components: alkali: water: peat: chicken litter = 1: 50: 2.6: 2.6. These component ratios are calculated from the conditions for obtaining the composition of the fertilizer corresponding to TU 214 of the RSFSR 9-204-88.
In the proposed method, peat is a source of mainly humic acids, although it contains potassium up to 0.2%, nitrogen up to 3.8%, phosphorus up to 2%, and chicken droppings are a source of macronutrients, it contains nitrogen up to 4 , 9%, potassium up to 1.6% and phosphorus up to 3.5% (V.A. Vasiliev, N.V. Fillipova. Handbook of organic fertilizers. M., Rosagropromizdat. 1988, p.162-170). When processing peat with alkali, as well as in the prototype, an alkaline extract of humic (humic and fulvic acids) acids is obtained. Adding dry chicken manure to it, macroelements are introduced into the reaction mass, and since chicken manure in water gives an alkaline reaction, it plays the role of a stabilizer, eliminating the shift of equilibrium towards fulvic acid formation. T. about. loss of humic acids in the finished fertilizer does not occur.
As a result of the proposed method for producing the prepared liquid peat-humic fertilizer has the following composition, g / l:
Nitrogen (in terms of N-NH 4 ) 5.2
Phosphorus (in terms of P 2 O 5 ) 14
Potassium (in terms of K 2 O) 14 Humic acids 4-6 Water Else
T. about. due to the exclusion of losses of humic acids when they are converted into fulvic acids, the finished liquid peat-humic fertilizer contains a greater amount of humic acids. In addition, since nitrogen in the fertilizer is transferred from organic compounds of peat and chicken manure, the environmental risk of using such fertilizer is significantly reduced.
The proposed method for the preparation of liquid peat humic fertilizer is simple, based on the use of available raw materials, environmentally friendly, easy to implement on any, even the simplest equipment. The resulting fertilizer due to the higher content of humic acids in it is more effective compared to the prototype and significantly increases the biological potential of the soil.
