Акустический анализатор для определения размеров и электрокинетического потенциала частиц в жидких средах, содержащий вычислительный блок и измерительную ячейку, в которой установлены акустический измеритель, измеритель электрокинетического потенциала, расходомер, термостат, измерители температуры и кислотности жидкой среды и устройства для залива и слива измеряемой жидкой среды, отличающийся тем, что в измерительной ячейке установлен побудитель ламинарного движения измеряемой жидкой среды и измерительная ячейка выполнена в форме кольцевого канала, содержащего участок переменного сечения, изготовленный с возможностью обеспечения ускорения либо замедления входящей в него жидкой среды и ориентации диспергированных в ней частиц, в том числе несферических наночастиц, относительно направления потока жидкой среды, при этом акустический измеритель и измеритель электрокинетического потенциала установлены на участке переменного сечения кольцевого канала и обеспечивают измерения поочередно в двух состояниях потока жидкой среды: с ориентированными и неориентированными частицами, в том числе несферическими наночастицами.1.
