Claims (2)

Поверхностно-модифицированный композиционный материал, состоящий из двух слоев: первый слой представляет собой резину В-14 на основе бутадиен-нитрильного каучука БНКС-18, наполненную сверхвысокомолекулярным полиэтиленом (СВПМЭ) марки GUR 4120, второй слой - покрытие - состоит из сверхвысокомолекулярного полиэтилена марки GUR 4120, отличающийся тем, что высокая адгезия слоев достигается за счет применения в первом слое СВМПЭ, за счет чего происходит хорошее сцепление двух слоев, и полученный поверхностно-модифицированный композиционный материал имеет наилучшие адгезионные показатели при следующем соотношении компонентов:A surface-modified composite material consisting of two layers: the first layer is rubber B-14 based on nitrile butadiene rubber BNKS-18, filled with ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) brand GUR 4120, the second layer is a coating - consists of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene brand GUR 4120, characterized in that high adhesion of the layers is achieved through the use of UHMWPE in the first layer, due to which there is a good adhesion of the two layers, and the obtained surface-modified composite material has the best adhesive performance in the following ratio of components: (Резина В-14 наполненная составом 2) + СВМПЭ.(Rubber B-14 filled with composition 2) + UHMWPE.
