Аппаратно-программный комплекс, содержащий велоэргометр, персональный компьютер, в состав которого входят монитор оператора, системный блок, оснащенный программой, отличающийся тем, что он оснащен монитором пользователя и программой, имеющей возможность анализа данных пользователя и выдачи заключения с индивидуальной оздоровительной программой, рекомендаций по процессу тренировок и физиопроцедур, корпус велоэргометра выполнен в виде рамы фигурной формы с установленным сверху сиденьем, кроме того на нижней части рамы закреплен нагрузочный механизм велоэргометра, и с обеих его сторон закрепленными шатунами, каждый из последних соединен с одной из педалей, кроме того в верхней части корпуса закреплена стойка для крепления монитора пользователя, при этом АПК оснащен биоимпедансом, пульсоксиметром, тонометром, средством для анализа электрокардиограммы, гипоксическим генератором оснащенным шлемом или маской, в которых создана гипоксическая среда, спирометром, динамометром, подключенными опосредованно к системному блоку.1.
