Claims (14)
1. Способ получения дизельного топлива из углеводородного потока, включающий в себя:
гидроочистку основного углеводородного потока и совместно подаваемого потока углеводородного сырья, содержащего дизельное топливо, в присутствии потока водорода и катализатора предварительной очистки, с получением предварительно очищенного выходящего потока;
гидрокрекинг предварительно очищенного выходящего потока в присутствии катализатора гидрокрекинга и водорода с получением выходящего потока гидрокрекинга;
разделение на фракции по меньшей мере части выходящего потока гидрокрекинга с получением потока дизельного топлива; и
гидроочистку потока дизельного топлива в присутствии потока водорода для гидроочистки и катализатора гидроочистки с получением выходящего потока гидроочистки.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий в себя разделение выходящего потока гидрокрекинга на парообразный выходящий поток гидрокрекинга, содержащий водород, и жидкий выходящий поток гидрокрекинга; сжатие парообразного выходящего потока гидрокрекинга вместе со сжатым потоком подпиточного водорода с образованием сжатого потока водорода и отбор потока водорода для гидроочистки из сжатого потока водорода.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором реактор гидроочистки содержит катализатор на основе благородных металлов, катализатор десульфуризации, катализатор изомеризации или катализатор насыщения ароматических соединений.
4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно включающий в себя разделение на фракции жидкого выходящего потока гидрокрекинга для удаления сероводорода и аммиака и получения потока дизельного топлива.
5. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором основной поток углеводородного сырья имеет начальную точку кипения не менее 150°С (302°F) и конечную точку кипения не более 621°C (1150°F).
6. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором поток совместно подаваемого сырья имеет начальную точку кипения от 121°С (250°F) до 288°С (550°F) и конечную точку кипения не более 399°С (750°F).
7. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором поток дизельного топлива имеет начальную точку кипения от 121°С (250°F) до 288°С (550°F) и конечную точку кипения не более 399°С (750°F).
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором поток дизельного топлива имеет концентрацию серы не более 150 мас.ч/млн.
9. Способ по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно включающий в себя разделение выходящего потока гидроочистки на парообразный выходящий поток гидроочистки, содержащий водород, и жидкий выходящий поток гидроочистки, и смешивание парообразного выходящего потока гидроочистки, содержащего водород, с выходящим потоком гидрокрекинга.
10. Способ по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно включающий в себя разделение выходящего потока гидроочистки на парообразный выходящий поток гидроочистки, содержащий водород, и жидкий выходящий поток гидроочистки, и разделение на фракции жидкого выходящего потока гидроочистки, содержащего по меньшей мере 90 мас.% дизельного топлива, с получением потока дизельного топлива с ультранизким содержанием серы.
