Abstract
1. Способ контроля технологии моделирования микрорельефа окклюзионной поверхности зуба, включающий операции изготовления реплик, обработки их поверхности, контроля изготовления реплик, создание баз данных и сравнение полученных результатов контроля с базами данных, отличающийся тем, что для изготовления реплик снимают высокоточный оттиск коронковой части при помощи силиконовой оттискной массы, изготавливают N реплик коронковой части, на полученных репликах проводят изменение рельефа окклюзионной поверхности, моделируя ее в заданных границах с разной выраженностью рельефа, далее реплики с эталонной и измененной окклюзионной поверхностями сканируют с помощью оптического трехмерного сканера, передают результат в вычислительное устройство и при помощи программных средств выделенную окклюзионную поверхность разбивают на фракталы по алгоритмам разбиения, заложенным в программном обеспечении, и по этим полученным фракталам осуществляют расчет площади каждого в отдельности фрактала и суммарно всей выделенной окклюзионной поверхности, полученные результаты сравнивают и в результате анализа делают вывод об оптимальной площади окклюзионной поверхности и использовании нужной реплики.2.
