Способ профилактики и лечения остеохондроза шейного отдела, включающий сон на подушке с выемкой и возвышениями, отличающийся тем, что сон на время профилактики и лечения остеохондроза осуществляют на подушке с центральной выемкой и боковыми возвышениями в течение 40-90 дней, при этом сон в течение всего времени профилактики и лечения распределяют, по меньшей мере, на два периода, в первом периоде проводят сон на подушке с нижней точкой выемки, отстоящей от основания подушки на расстоянии, равном 0,75-0,9 отклонения «L» шейных позвонков пациента от линии касательной к позвоночнику, в последующих периодах сон проводят на подушке с уменьшенным расстоянием, равным от 0,75-0,0 к первоначальному отклонению.2.
