Abstract
1. Устройство для обучения диагностике патологии внутренних органов методом эхоконтрастирования, отличающееся тем, что содержит резервуар с прозрачной эластичной крышкой и размещенную в нем на середине высоты систему, образованную бифуркациями и соустьями трубок, диаметр которых уменьшается с 10 мм на периферии до 2 мм в центре, с дозатором на входе и запирающимся сливом на выходе, образующую два независимых контура в центре системы, один из которых, сосудистый, воспроизводит кровоснабжение паренхиматозных органов и выполнен в виде попарно соединенного ряда трубчатых гексагональных элементов, образованных бифуркациями третьего порядка подающей трубки сосудистого контура и соустьями первого порядка отводящей трубки сосудистого контура, а второй контур, патологический, моделирует кровоснабжение патологических очагов и выполнен в виде двух трубчатых гексагональных элементов, образованных бифуркациями второго порядка подающей трубки патологического контура и соустьями первого порядка отводящей трубки патологического контура и взаиморасположенных таким образом, что их соседние стенки соприкасаются на всем протяжении, и движение эхоконтрастного вещества в них идет в противоположных направлениях, а кровоснабжение патологических очагов смоделировано в виде трех трубчатых петель на отводящей трубке патологического контура, при этом петля, моделирующая аневризму, образует посредине эллипсоидное расширение, петля, моделирующая метастаз образует клубок, входящая в него трубка идет в центр клубка, а выходящая - по его наружной поверхности и петля, моделирующая гемангиому, также образует клубок, но входящая в него1.
