Abstract
1. Способ ускорения формирования дистракционного регенерата трубчатых костей, включающий удлинение трубчатой кости с использованием аппарата внешней фиксации и помещение в дистракционный регенерат наноструктурного имплантата, отличающийся тем, что непосредственно после получения необходимой длины сегмента кость удлиняют еще на 4 мм и в костный регенерат помещают углеродный наноструктурный имплантат цилиндрической формы с концами в виде усеченного конуса, диаметр имплантата составляет 30% от диаметра кости, а его длина больше необходимой величины удлинения на 4 мм, после установки имплантата костные фрагменты сближают до получения необходимой величины удлинения и таким образом, чтобы концы имплантата были внедрены в костномозговые каналы проксимального и дистального костных отломков на 2 мм в каждый отломок, после этого осуществляют фиксацию аппаратом до формирования прочного опороспособного костно-углеродного блока и период аппаратной фиксации сокращается на 25-30%.2.
