1. Способ повышения удельной энергоемкости механического накопителя энергии, состоящий в том, что обод маховика выполняют из лент магнитопласта, намагниченных поперек ее толщины, вакуумированный корпус имеет внутренний магнит, выполненный намоткой такими же лентами магнитопласта со встречной относительно обода маховика намагниченностью.2. Устройство для осуществления способа по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что для увеличения силы взаимодействия магнитного потока между ободом и корпусом, обод и корпус изготавливают в виде колец, выполненных путем намотки лент магнитопласта имеющих противоположную намагниченность.3. Механический накопитель энергии по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что подвес маховика выполнен с осевым упорным подшипником.1.
