Abstract

The method of electrochemical preparation of the fluid injected into the oil and gas reservoir to change the sorption capacity of the reservoir is achieved by using electrode pairs with an area ratio of ≠ 1 placed in different housings of electrical insulating materials, by creating a potential difference on them due to the polarization of the electrodes by the fluid pumped through them or by feeding on them the potential difference from the DC power source, at which the bulk of the electric power is consumed by e to initiate electrolysis processes, and to change the polarization component pumped through the electrode pairs of the liquid; with connection in any sequence to all or to one of them of an electric load of the corresponding polarizing ability, pumped through the electrode pair of liquid and allowing to maintain the potential induced on the electrode pair ≠ 0 V.
