Claims (20)

1. Способ формирования шва, содержащий этапы:
вращения барабана вокруг оси вращения, при этом барабан содержит форсунку для текучего вещества и прессующий элемент, при этом прессующий элемент имеет наружную поверхность;
вращения опорного вала вокруг оси вращения вблизи барабана, при этом опорный вал имеет податливую наружную периферийную поверхность, при этом опорный вал и барабан образуют зазор между ними;
продвижения первого слоя заготовки в направлении обработки на барабан, при этом указанный первый слой заготовки имеет внутреннюю поверхностью и наружную поверхность, при этом наружная поверхность первого слоя заготовки находится вблизи барабана;
продвижения второго слоя заготовки в направлении обработки, при этом второй слой заготовки имеет внутреннюю поверхность и наружную поверхность, при этом первый слой заготовки находится между вторым слоем заготовки и барабаном, при этом первый и второй слои заготовки характеризуются общим размером в несжатом состоянии;
оборачивания первого и второго слоев заготовки вокруг части барабана;
нагревания текучего вещества до температуры, достаточной для по меньшей мере частичного расплавления первого и второго слоев заготовки;
перемещения форсунки для текучего вещества радиально наружу относительно оси вращения барабана;
направления струи нагретого текучего вещества на первый и второй слои заготовки;
частичного расплавления первого и второго слоев заготовки;

2. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что опорный вал деформируется на радиальную толщину, составляющую по меньшей мере приблизительно 25% общего размера первого и второго слоев заготовки в несжатом состоянии.
3. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что опорный вал деформируется на радиальную толщину, составляющую по меньшей мере приблизительно 50% общего размера первого и второго слоев заготовки в несжатом состоянии.
4. Способ по п. 3, характеризующийся тем, что опорный вал содержит муфту, при этом муфта формирует наружную периферийную поверхность опорного вала.
5. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что податливая наружная периферийная поверхность опорного вала характеризуется твердостью по Шору А в диапазоне от приблизительно 20 до приблизительно 100.
6. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что барабан имеет наружную периферийную поверхность и отверстие барабана в указанной наружной периферийной поверхности, и при этом форсунка для текучего вещества и прессующий элемент расположены радиально внутри относительно отверстия в указанной наружной периферийной поверхности.
7. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что прессующий элемент прижимает первый и второй слои заготовки к опорному валу под давлением от приблизительно 1×105 ньютонов на квадратный метр до приблизительно 1×108 ньютонов на квадратный метр.
8. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что прессующий элемент содержит множество выступов, при этом выступы имеют наружную поверхность, при этом этап сжатия первого и второго слоев заготовки между прессующим элементом и опорным валом содержит сжатие первого и второго слоев заготовки между указанными выступами прессующего элемента и опорным валом.
9. Способ по п. 8, характеризующийся тем, что наружная поверхность выступов выполнена скругленной.
10. Способ по п. 8, характеризующийся тем, что выступы пространственно разнесены по отношению друг к другу.
11. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что дополнительно содержит этапы:
втягивания прессующего элемента радиально внутрь в барабан;
выдвижения прессующего элемента радиально наружу из барабана;
вращения второго опорного вала, находящегося вблизи барабана, при этом второй опорный вал содержит податливую наружную периферийную поверхность; и
сжатия первого и второго слоев заготовки между прессующим элементом и вторым опорным валом таким образом, чтобы прессующий элемент деформировал сжимаемый материал опорного вала.
12. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что первый и второй слои заготовки представляют собой нетканые материалы.
13. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что текучим веществом является окружающий воздух.
14. Способ по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что дополнительно содержит этап разрезания первого и второго слоев заготовки на отдельные изделия ножевым валом.
15. Устройство для соединения термокомпрессией первой и второй заготовок, при этом первая и вторая заготовки характеризуются общим размером в несжатом состоянии, при этом устройство содержит:
барабан, содержащий наружную периферийную поверхность и отверстие барабана в наружной периферийной поверхности, при этом барабан выполнен с возможностью вращения вокруг оси вращения;
форсунку для текучего вещества, подвижно соединенную с барабаном, расположенную радиально внутри относительно отверстия барабана и выполненную с возможностью направления текучего вещества радиально наружу через отверстие барабана;
опорный вал, содержащий наружную периферийную поверхность, расположенную вблизи барабана таким образом, чтобы образовывать зазор между опорным валом и барабаном, при этом опорный вал выполнен с возможность вращения вокруг оси вращения, при этом опорный вал содержит податливую муфту, образующую наружную периферийную поверхность опорного вала, при этом наружная периферийная поверхность опорного вала выполнена с возможностью деформирования в направлении к оси вращения опорного вала; и
прессующий элемент, подвижно соединенный с барабаном, расположенный радиально внутри относительно отверстия барабана, и выполненный с возможностью прохождения через отверстие барабана.
16. Устройство по п. 15, характеризующееся тем, что опорный вал выполнен с возможностью деформирования на радиальную толщину, составляющую по меньшей мере приблизительно 25% общего размера первой и второй заготовок в несжатом состоянии.
17. Устройство по п. 15, характеризующееся тем, что муфта выполнена с возможностью деформирования на радиальную толщину, составляющую по меньшей мере 50% общего размера первой и второй заготовок в несжатом состоянии.
18. Устройство по п. 15, характеризующееся тем, что податливая наружная периферийная поверхность опорного вала характеризуется твердостью по Шору А в диапазоне от приблизительно 20 до приблизительно 100.
19. Устройство по п. 15, характеризующееся тем, что прессующий элемент содержит выступ, протяженный радиально наружу относительно оси вращения, при этом выступ определяет наружную поверхность.
20. Устройство по п. 19, характеризующееся тем, что прессующий элемент и опорный вал выполнены с возможностью деформирования первой и второй заготовок в направлении, не являющемся тангенциальным к наружной поверхности выступа
