Abstract
1. Способ удаления тяжелых углеводородов, в частности углеводородов Cи/или ароматических углеводородов как бензол, из подлежащей сжижению фракции с высоким содержанием углеводородов, в частности из природного газа, причем фракцию (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов перед удалением (T1) тяжелых углеводородов (7) предварительно охлаждают (E1), отличающийся тем, что во фракцию или фракции (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов перед ее(их) предварительным охлаждением (E1) и/или в разделительную колонну (T1), служащую для отделения (T1) тяжелых углеводородов (7), добавляют одну или несколько фракций с высоким содержанием углеводородов C, (14, 15) предпочтительно в жидкой форме по меньшей мере в таком количестве, чтобы предотвратить вымораживание отделяемых тяжелых углеводородов (7).2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что добавляемая фракция(и) (14, 15) с высоким содержанием углеводородов Cпо меньшей мере частично образована из подлежащей сжижению фракции (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что содержание углеводородов Cв сжижаемой фракции (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов составляет менее 15 мол.%.4. Способ по одному из предыдущих пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что добавляемая, одна или несколько, фракция (14, 15) с высоким содержанием углеводородов Cсодержит от 50 до 100 об.% изо- и/или н-пентана.5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что добавляемая одна или несколько фракция(-й) (14, 15) с высоким содержанием углеводородов Cдополнительно содержит(-ат) пропан, бутан, гексан и/или высшие углеводороды.6. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что в разделительную колонну (T1) в качестве теплоносителя подают парциальный поток (1') фракции (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов, не
Claims (9)
1. Способ удаления тяжелых углеводородов, в частности углеводородов C6+ и/или ароматических углеводородов как бензол, из подлежащей сжижению фракции с высоким содержанием углеводородов, в частности из природного газа, причем фракцию (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов перед удалением (T1) тяжелых углеводородов (7) предварительно охлаждают (E1), отличающийся тем, что во фракцию или фракции (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов перед ее(их) предварительным охлаждением (E1) и/или в разделительную колонну (T1), служащую для отделения (T1) тяжелых углеводородов (7), добавляют одну или несколько фракций с высоким содержанием углеводородов C5, (14, 15) предпочтительно в жидкой форме по меньшей мере в таком количестве, чтобы предотвратить вымораживание отделяемых тяжелых углеводородов (7).
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что добавляемая фракция(и) (14, 15) с высоким содержанием углеводородов C5 по меньшей мере частично образована из подлежащей сжижению фракции (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что содержание углеводородов C2+ в сжижаемой фракции (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов составляет менее 15 мол.%.
4. Способ по одному из предыдущих пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что добавляемая, одна или несколько, фракция (14, 15) с высоким содержанием углеводородов C5 содержит от 50 до 100 об.% изо- и/или н-пентана.
5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что добавляемая одна или несколько фракция(-й) (14, 15) с высоким содержанием углеводородов C5 дополнительно содержит(-ат) пропан, бутан, гексан и/или высшие углеводороды.
6. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что в разделительную колонну (T1) в качестве теплоносителя подают парциальный поток (1') фракции (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов, не подвергавшейся предварительному охлаждению.
7. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что
подаваемую в разделительную колонну (T1) обогащенную углеводородами C5 фракцию (14) охлаждают до температуры в интервале от -100 до -130˚C и вводят в разделительную колонну (T1) предпочтительно выше точки подачи сжижаемой фракции (1, 2) с высоким содержанием углеводородов.
8. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что в разделительную колонну (T1) подают в качестве флегмы парциальный поток (19) очищенной от тяжелых углеводородов и сжиженной фракции (5) с высоким содержанием углеводородов.
9. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что сжижаемую фракцию (1) с высоким содержанием углеводородов перед удалением (T1) тяжелых углеводородов (7) предварительно охлаждают (E1) до температуры в интервале от -25 до -55˚C.
