Abstract
1. Способ получения коллоидных наночастиц серебра, включающий растворение в воде полимера медицинского назначения и соли серебра, восстановление ионов серебра, отличающийся тем, что для восстановления ионов серебра полученный раствор подвергают электронно-лучевой обработке путем пропускания через него пучка ускоренных электронов в поглощенной дозе 5-30 кГр.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве полимера медицинского назначения используют полимеры с детоксикационным действием - поливинилпирролидон или декстран.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве водорастворимой соли серебра используют нитрат серебра, ацетат серебра, карбонат серебра, сульфат серебра.4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что готовят раствор полимера с концентрацией 5-40 мас.%.5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что в раствор полимера вводят раствор соли серебра из расчета конечной концентрации серебра не более 3% и при соотношении серебро/полимер 1/10-1/20.6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что полученный раствор полимера и соли серебра перемешивают и переливают в плоскую емкость до образования толщины слоя, подвергаемого облучению, не более 5 см.1. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that a silver salt solution is introduced into the polymer solution based on a final silver concentration of not more than 3% and with a silver / polymer ratio of 1 / 10-1 / 20.6. The method according to any one of paragraphs. 1-5, characterized in that the resulting polymer solution and silver salts are mixed and poured into a flat container until the thickness of the layer subjected to irradiation, not more than 5 cm
