Abstract
1. Установка для очистки промышленных и ливневых сточных вод титано-магниевого производства, содержащая сборный коллектор, нефтеловушку, камеру обеззараживания ультрафиолетовым облучением, фильтрационную камеру с сорбционным наполнителем, камеру измерения расхода сточных вод, сборный коллектор, сеть оборотного водоснабжения, отличающаяся тем, что камеры размещены между собой в следующей последовательности: нефтеловушка соединена с камерой обеззараживания ультрафиолетовым облучением трубопроводом, проходящим через камеру обеззараживания и снабженным устройством ультрафиолетового облучения с длиной волны 250-270 нм, камера обеззараживания связана с камерой измерения расхода сточных вод трубопроводом, проходящим через камеру измерения расхода и снабженным акустическим расходомером, камера измерения расхода соединена трубопроводом с фильтрационной камерой с сорбционным наполнителем, фильтрационная камера связана трубопроводом со сборным коллектором для очищенных сточных вод, кроме того, установка снабжена насосной станцией для перекачки очищенных сточных вод, которая соединена трубопроводом с одной стороны со сборным коллектором для очищенных сточных вод, а с другой - с сетью оборотного водоснабжения.2. Установка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что скорость пропускания сточных вод по трубопроводу через камеру обеззараживания ультрафиолетовым облучением, камеру измерения расхода сточных вод и фильтрационную камеру с сорбционным наполнителем равна не более 24 м/ч.3. Установка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве сорбционного наполнителя в фильтрационной камере используют угольный сорбент типа МИУ-С2.1. Installation according to claim 1, characterized in that the flow rate of wastewater through the pipeline through the UV disinfection chamber, the wastewater flow measuring chamber and the filter chamber with sorption filler is not more than 24 m / h. 3. Installation according to claim 1, characterized in that a carbon sorbent of the MIU-C2 type is used as a sorption filler in the filtration chamber.
