Abstract

1. Способ обработки укушенных ран, включающий размещение отграничивающего элемента над раной с образованием герметизированной полости, струйное отмывание раны водой с моющим средством, затем вливание в рану дезинфицирующей жидкости через трубку притока и одновременное выведение промывной жидкости через трубку оттока наружу, отличающийся тем, что отграничивающий элемент размещают с образованием одной полости над всеми ранами, в полости промывают раны и кожу серебряной водой с концентрацией в ней ионов серебра 21-25 мг/л, после промывания ран, их покрывают лечебно-профилактическим наружным средством и салфеткой.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве лечебно-профилактического наружного средства используют специальную эмульсию, содержащую лидокаина гидрохлорид 0,25-0,5%, тромболизин 25-29%, метронидазол 0,2-0,24%, клиндамицин 0,25-0,29%, рифампицин 0,35-0,4%, масло оливковое 5,0-9,0%, масло облепиховое 1,0-1,4%, крахмал 4,5-5,0% и воду серебряную 50,57-63,45% с концентрацией в ней ионов серебра 30-36 мг/л.3. Способ по пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что салфетку со специальной эмульсией сменяют ежедневно до исчезновения выраженной гиперемии и отека тканей вокруг ран.1.
