Abstract
Способ модернизации действующей установки низкотемпературной сепарации газа, которая включает, по меньшей мере, блоки входной и низкотемпературной сепарации, блок рекуперации холода, узел редуцирования и блок стабилизации конденсата, заключающийся в установке системы дополнительного охлаждения газа, отличающийся тем, что в качестве системы дополнительного охлаждения применяют дефлегматор, который устанавливают на линии подачи охлажденного газа в узел редуцирования, при этом верх дефлегматора соединяют линией вывода газа дефлегмации с узлом редуцирования, а низ соединяют линией вывода флегмы с блоком стабилизации конденсата, кроме того, верхнюю часть дефлегматора оборудуют двумя секциями тепломассообменных элементов, которые соединяют линиями подачи газа и конденсата с блоком низкотемпературной сепарации, а также линиями вывода газа и конденсата с блоком рекуперации холода и блоком стабилизации конденсата, соответственно, при этом линии подачи технологических сред между точками подключения дефлегматора на линиях подачи охлажденного газа в узел редуцирования, подачи газа низкотемпературной сепарации в блок рекуперации холода и подачи конденсата низкотемпературной сепарации в блок стабилизации конденсата перекрывают.A method of modernizing an existing low-temperature gas separation unit, which includes at least inlet and low-temperature separation units, a cold recovery unit, a reduction unit, and a condensate stabilization unit, which consists in installing an additional gas cooling system, characterized in that an additional cooling system is used a reflux condenser, which is installed on the supply line of the cooled gas to the reduction unit, while the top of the reflux condenser is connected by a gas outlet line and with the reduction unit, and the bottom is connected by the reflux line to the condensate stabilization unit, in addition, the upper part of the reflux condenser is equipped with two sections of heat and mass transfer elements that are connected by gas and condensate supply lines to the low-temperature separation unit, as well as gas and condensate output lines to the recovery unit cold and condensate stabilization unit, respectively, while the supply line of process media between the connection points of the reflux condenser on the supply lines of the cooled gas to the reduction unit, the low-temperature separation gas supply to the cold recovery unit and the low-temperature separation condensate supply to the condensate stabilization unit are closed.
