Abstract
Способ оценки местности района размещения радиоприемных комплексов, включающий определение географического района по цифровой карте местности, ввод начальных условий и ограничений, минимизацию района возможного размещения по заданным критериям с учетом тактико-технических данных радиоприемных комплексов и географических особенностей местности, с последующей оценкой минимизированных географических зон по возможности размещения и оценкой радиоприемных комплексов по возможности их применения в заданном районе, с указанием прогнозной эффективности выполнения поставленных задач, основанный на использовании инструментальных комплексов географической информационной системы (ГИС) и цифровых карт местности (ЦКМ) для реализации методики минимизации и формирования географических зон для развертывания радиоприемных комплексов, с использованием методов оптимизации на основе аддитивного критерия для оценки свойств местности и оценки возможностей размещаемых радиоприемных комплексов для решения специальных задач, отличающийся тем, что с целью повышения скорости принятия решения на размещение радиоприемных комплексов предварительно перед процедурой оптимального размещения сил и средств на местности минимизируют путем исключения на ЦКМ зон заведомо непригодных для размещения, например, по причинам административного, физического и другого характера и, тем самым, снижают объём исходной информации (выборки) без потери качества для последующего проведения процедуры оптимизации ЦКМ, например, методом динамического программирования, по частным и обобщенному (аддитивному) критериям района возможного разA method for assessing the terrain of the region where the radio receiving complexes are located, including determining the geographical area using a digital map of the area, entering initial conditions and restrictions, minimizing the area of possible placement according to the given criteria, taking into account the tactical and technical data of the radio receiving complexes and geographical features of the area, followed by the assessment of minimized geographical areas by the possibility of placement and evaluation of radio reception complexes for the possibility of their use in a given area, indicating the forecast the effectiveness of fulfilling the tasks, based on the use of instrumental complexes of a geographic information system (GIS) and digital terrain maps (CCM) to implement methods of minimizing and forming geographic areas for deployment of radio receiving complexes, using optimization methods based on the additive criterion for assessing terrain properties and assessment of the capabilities of the placed radio receivers for solving special problems, characterized in that in order to increase the speed at decisions on the placement of radio receiving complexes before the procedure for optimal deployment of forces and equipment on the ground are minimized by eliminating zones on the central control center that are obviously unsuitable for deployment, for example, for administrative, physical and other reasons and, therefore, reduce the amount of initial information (sample) without quality losses for the subsequent implementation of the CCM optimization procedure, for example, by the method of dynamic programming, according to the particular and generalized (additive) criteria of the region of possible az
