Abstract
1. Шлюз с изменяющимся профилем желоба (шлюз "Елочка"), включающий загрузочный узел, трапециевидный желоб с бортами и плоским днищем, состоящим из двух плоскостей, расположенных одна над другой, одна из плоскостей днища жестко закреплена с бортами желоба, и разгрузочное устройство с разгрузочными отверстиями на ширину днища, отличающийся тем, что шлюз содержит не менее двух желобов, каждый из которых выполнен расширяющимся по ходу движения пульпы и соединен своей торцевой частью со следующим желобом через дополнительную вставку, представляющую собой продолжение нижней плоскости днища от широкой к узкой части, под вставкой расположены приемно-разгрузочные устройства, причем нижние плоскости днищ жестко соединены с бортами шлюза и установлены с зазором относительно верхних плоскостей днищ, которые выполнены по форме нижних плоскостей днищ в виде решетки, состоящей из двух частей, шарнирно закрепленных в торцах желоба, снабженной направляющими пластинами, установленными на поверхности решеток, при этом величина зазора больше ширины поперечных щелевидных отверстий верхних плоскостей - решеток днища желобов.2.
