Abstract
1. Способ получения наночастиц гидрида титана, включающий взаимодействие титана с водородом, отличающийся тем, что в реакторе организуют нисходящий ламинарный поток газа-носителя, подают титановую проволоку в высокочастотное поле противоточного индуктора, разогревают титановую проволоку в высокочастотном поле до температуры ее плавления, испаряют каплю расплавленного титана, конденсируют пары титана в наночастицы титана, обеспечивают реакцию водорода с титаном в наночастицах титана с образованием гидрида титана и улавливают наночастицы гидрида титана фильтром, при этом водород вводят в реактор выше зоны реакции.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что водород вводят в составе газовой смеси с газом-носителем.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что водород вводят через патрубок, расположенный выше капли расплавленного титана.4.
