Abstract
1. Устройство послойного формирования трехмерных объектов посредством порошкового спекания, содержащее камеру спекания (10), отличающееся тем, что оно дополнительно содержит перематываемый рулон (1) сжимаемой, растворимой ленты, протягивающие валики (3), поддерживающую ленту (4), систему перфорации ленты (5) (в тех местах, где необходимо разместить порошок изготавливаемого объекта или поддерживающий порошок), систему наполнения ленты (6) различными порошками (пластиковый, керамический, металлический и др.) или комбинациями порошков с возможностью использования порошка из бункера избыточных частиц (7), систему очистки ленты от частиц не попавших в перфорации (8), систему сжатия ленты (9), камеру спекания рулона объекта (10), систему управления условиями спекания (11) (время, температура, давление необходимых газов, магнитное, электрическое или ультразвуковое поле и др.), систему отделения спечённого объекта от ленты (12).2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что устройство содержит для каждого порошка: систему перфорации (5), бункер наполнения (6), модуль перемещения частиц порошка (8) не попавших в перфорации с поверхности ленты и бункер избыточных частиц порошка (7).3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что после удаления избыточного порошка обеспечивается его повторное использование.4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что сжатие ленты обеспечивается протягиванием ленты между валиками.5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что система перфорации (5) содержит механизм контроля точности перфорации.6.
