Abstract
1. Способ изготовления компенсатора толщины ткани, содержащий:экструзию трубки, содержащей отверстие, включающее первый открытый конец и второй открытый конец;получение нити волокнистого материала, содержащего свойства лекарственного средства;размещение нити относительно первого открытого конца отверстия;введение захватывающего зажима в отверстие через второй открытый конец;захватывание нити захватывающим зажимом;протягивание нити через отверстие;высвобождение нити; ивыведение захватывающего зажима из отверстия через второй открытый конец.2. Способ по п. 1, далее содержащий сплющивание трубки.3. Способ по п. 2, содержащий сплющивание трубки после протягивания нити через отверстие.4. A method of manufacturing a tissue thickness compensator, comprising: extruding a tube containing an opening including a first open end and a second open end; obtaining a filament of fibrous material containing drug properties; placing the filament relative to the first open end of the opening; introducing a gripping clip into the hole through the second open end; gripping the thread with a gripping clamp; pulling the thread through the hole; releasing the thread; pulling the gripping clip out of the hole through the second open end. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising flattening the tube. 3. A method according to claim 2, comprising flattening the tube after drawing the thread through the hole. The method according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, further containing the separation into segments of the tube and thread after pulling the thread through the hole. 5. The method according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, further containing loosening of the thread. 6. A method according to claim 5, comprising loosening the thread during the process of pulling the thread through the hole. The method according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, further comprising making cuts in the thread. 8. The method according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, further comprising closing the first open end and closing the second open end. 9. A fabric thickness compensator manufactured by the method of any preceding claim. 10. The compensator attached to the thrust element of the stapler, and the thrust element contains a forming surface, and the compensator contains: a tube containing a hole, a first end and a second end; a spun thread placed inside the hole; an attachment part adapted to be attached to the thrust member. 11. The compensator according to claim 10, wherein the spun yarn is formed from an oxidized regenerated chain.
