Abstract
1. Способ термообработки керамических изделий в шахтной печи, включающий формирование садки изделий в обжиговом канале прямоугольного сечения с зонами подогрева, обжига и охлаждения, подачу теплоносителя в зону обжига, пошаговое опускание садки с загрузкой изделий сверху корпуса печи и выгрузкой снизу печи, отбор горячего воздуха из зоны охлаждения и отвод отработанных газов, отличающийся тем, что отбор горячего воздуха производят в верхней части зоны охлаждения, подают его в зону подогрева, направляют вверх вдоль садки, и отводят вместе с отработанными газами в верхней части обжигового канала.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что отбор горячего воздуха в верхней части зоны охлаждения производят с двух оппозитно расположенных сторон обжигового канала.3.
