Abstract
Устройство для перкутанной транспедикулярной стабилизации позвоночника, содержащее два первых винта и два вторых винта, причем первый винт снабжен последовательно соединенными первой головкой со средством, обеспечивающим его вкручивание, и первым стержнем с первым заостренным концом, на первом стержне расположена первая наружная резьба, на первой головке распложена вторая наружная резьба, первые винты выполнены с первым сквозным отверстием, выполненным осевым, второй винт снабжен последовательно соединенными второй головкой со средством, обеспечивающим его вкручивание, и вторым стержнем с вторым заостренным концом, на втором стержне расположена третья наружная резьба, вторые винты выполнены со вторым сквозным отверстием, выполненным осевым, а также два соединительных элемента, причем первые отверстия и вторые отверстия заполнены цементом, отличающееся тем, что в него введены два третьих винта с шлицом и четвертой наружной резьбой, и две трубки, выполненные армированными, с ниппелем на одном из концов, вторые отверстия со стороны второй головки снабжены первой внутренней резьбой и дополнены пазом, выполненным открытым, трубки соединены своими ниппелями с первыми головками посредством соответствующих вторых наружных резьб и вторых внутренних резьб, частично размещены в соответствующих пазах вторых головок, закреплены в них посредством соответствующих третьих винтов и заполнены цементом.A device for percutaneous transpedicular stabilization of the spine, containing two first screws and two second screws, the first screw being provided with a first head connected in series with a means for screwing it in, and a first shaft with a first pointed end, a first external thread is located on the first shaft, on the first head a second external thread is arranged, the first screws are made with a first through hole made axially, the second screw is provided with a second head connected in series with the medium By means of the screw screwing mechanism and the second shaft with a second pointed end, a third external thread is located on the second shaft, the second screws are made with a second through hole made axially, as well as two connecting elements, the first holes and second holes being filled with cement, characterized in so that two third screws with a slot and a fourth external thread are inserted into it, and two tubes made reinforced with a nipple at one end, the second holes from the side of the second head are provided with the first enney supplemented threaded slot formed open pipe nipples connected at their heads to the first by means of corresponding second external threads and second internal threads, partially housed in respective slots second heads secured therein by means of screws and respective third filled with cement.
