Abstract
Способ ранней диагностики заболеваний легких в молодом возрасте, включающий проведение анкетирования и оценки вентиляционной функции легких методами спирометрии и бодиплетизмографии, отличающийся тем, что при наличии жалоб на продуктивный кашель и показателей уровня объема форсированного выдоха за первую секунду и форсированной жизненной емкости легких более 80% и соотношения этих показателей более 0,70 при проведении спирометрии диагностируют хронический бронхит; при наличии жалоб на приступы удушья, кашель, одышку и свистящие хрипы, снижении объема форсированного выдоха за первую секунду менее 80% диагностируют бронхиальную астму; при наличии факторов риска - курение, воздействие ирритантов в анамнезе и соотношении объема форсированного выдоха за первую секунду к форсированной жизненной емкости легких менее 0,70 диагностируют хроническую обструктивную болезнь легких; при отклонении внутригрудного объема более чем 140%, остаточного объема легких более 120%, общей емкости легких более 120% при проведении бодиплетизмографического исследования и при нормальных спирометрических показателях диагностируют бронхиальную астму нетяжелой степени как предиктора хронической обструктивной болезни легких.A method for early diagnosis of lung diseases at a young age, including questionnaires and assessing the ventilation function of the lungs by spirometry and bodyplethysmography, characterized in that in the presence of complaints of a productive cough and indicators of the level of forced expiratory volume in the first second and forced lung vital capacity more than 80% and the ratio of these indicators more than 0.70 during spirometry diagnose chronic bronchitis; in the presence of complaints of asthma attacks, coughing, shortness of breath and wheezing, a decrease in forced expiration in the first second of less than 80%, bronchial asthma is diagnosed; in the presence of risk factors, smoking, a history of irritants and a ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital lung capacity of less than 0.70 are diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; with a deviation of intrathoracic volume of more than 140%, a residual lung volume of more than 120%, a total lung capacity of more than 120%, a bodyplethysmographic study and normal spirometric indicators diagnose mild asthma as a predictor of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
